I contacted Prosource, who referred me to MSI (their supplier). They sent a person to examine the installation. Months went by, and I did not receive any information. I contacted Alex, and he told me he would send a copy of the report that day. He didn't. I let another week go by, and contacted him again. He told me he would send the report today. Once again.... nothing. I am starting on another round of renovations, and I will not allow my contractor to use Prosource. If it costs more, it's worth it to get a decent level of service and follow-up.

I wish this was NOT my nearest Costco as we spend a lot of money with Costco. This particular location needs some cleaning, structure, organization and management should probably be trained better or replaced.
