Doyon's did a great job with us…read more When we did our kitchen remodel, we swapped out all appliances. When our washer and dryer died, they guided me to the best system to handle really large loads, and I love the units. They are our go to for all appliances. Only thing negatively I can say, is that sometimes it takes a while to get their service guys over. But that's because they are one of the only places that service their entire line. To be able to call them when I have an issue, and have them look up the record and tell me if I am in warranty, is great. Their service people are top notch. I usually get Adam Doyon. He's great. Highly recommend them. Be sure to visit them, as they are a smaller family owned business. Don't buy appliances at Best Buy, or Home Depot. The quality at Doyon's is much higher. Unless you definitely just want the absolutely cheapest unit possible.

I've been 2x. I went last year to shop for washer/dryer that I was unable to go forward with. My…read moresales experience then was good - sales guy was helpful and knowledgeable. Second try a few days ago not so much. The sales guy was either having a bad day or should not be let loose on customers. He showed me one machine and when I asked to compare, he was put out. He didn't answer questions civily. Frankly it was weird. I left there never wanting to return. I am not a fan of Home Depot, but others suggested it, including my contractor who said he buys his appliances from there - so off I went. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I dealt with 2 women who knew what they were talking about, helped me save some $ and offered excellent AND PLEASANT advice. Perhaps Doyon's should look into hiring a few women?? Just curious: why does Doyons have over 350 Google reviews and a 4.8 rating, while on Yelp they have a rating of 2.5--with comments far closer to my experience? Seems v. odd to me

I went with a price range in mind and Jeremy our salesperson was able to get us a great dishwasher in the ball park of our budget! The best part is that Dracut Appliance delivers, removes the old dishwasher, and sends their own plumber to install. All for a very reasonable price! I love a reasonable one shot stop without the hassle and stress of having to coordinate everything myself! The plumber and his apprentice were efficient and kind! I will absolutely return to Dracut Appliance and I highly recommend them if you need a new appliance!

Was told they would still have to send someone out to measure and then return with the new unit . I said why couldn't the service person bring the unit with him and install it . Was told they would sell me a unit if i wanted to install it myself I said if I wanted to install it myself I would go to Best buy and get one cheaper they said to go ahead . They just want to add the cost of sending a person out twice . We recently bought a complete kitchen from them ( they did not install it the contractor did ) will not buy from them again .

7 Months. 2 Measurements. 2 Failed Installations. Still Not Done…read more If you are considering using Lowe's in Woburn for installation services, don't. My wife and I started a storm door project in August during their "free installation" promotion. We needed Larson storm doors and I clearly stated from Day 1 that the frames required a build-out. I was told this was routine and handled "all the time." That statement turned out to be fiction. Measurement #1: They missed the first appointment. Rescheduled for 10am the next day. Arrived at 1pm. I again explained the build-out requirement. It was not documented. Installation Attempt #1: Installer shows up and informs me: Two doors are bent and unusable. They were never told about the build-out. The porch rails might prevent installation. They drill holes into my front door frame and then leave. Zero completed work. We start over. Measurement #2: Different person comes out after I request someone with more experience. Photos taken. Build-out discussed again. Then comes the quote confusion. I'm told I owe roughly $500 more because the build-out wasn't properly carried over in the new quote. When I ask for documentation comparing the original and revised totals, I'm told the associate "doesn't want to do the math." I had to fight through their automated phone system for nearly an hour just to get basic pricing documentation. Seven months later, end of February, installers return. Installation Attempt #2: They immediately inform me the measurements AGAIN failed to account for build-out width and rail placement. Their proposed solution? Cut my porch rails and improvise framing. They also suggest relocating my house numbers "off to the side." At that point, I stopped the work. Seven months. Two measurement appointments. Two failed installations. Damage to my door frame. Incomplete project. This wasn't a complicated custom job. It was storm doors with a clearly disclosed build-out requirement from the beginning. The pattern here isn't a mistake, it's systemic incompetence between sales, measurement, and installation. I will be hiring an actual professional to finish the job. If you value your time, your home, and basic project management competence, do not use Lowe's installation services.

Okay. The technician fixed the Goodman system and the AC is working. It is definitely not cheap…read more The total cost before discount (10%) is over $1500. I had to find the discount on their website separately because they do not offer to me automatically. I am not happy with the communication and the thermostat replaced. It is a rental property. Unlike other companies I used, I never received a call 30-60 mins before the technician arrived. So I was not sure if he showed up or not. Whenever I called the company, I was talking to the teams handling customer service, not the technician directly. So there is always a middle man between the tech and me to translate information. The diagnosis was on Wednesday. I approved the quote right away after I received it. The repair was the next Thursday 8 days later. The appointment was initially scheduled for the morning between 9-12. I then got a call to say he could not make it on time and would be there around 1pm. I got a tenant message to say he still did not show up at 2:30PM without any call to inform he would be further late. What I am most disappointed is the new thermostat installed during this repair! He replaced my old programmable thermostat with a new FocusPro N100 Non-Programmable Thermostat 1H/1C. When every household is switching to a smart thermostat, he installed an ancient manual controlled thermostat! I would appreciate he could give me some option to select different types of thermostat. I would have no problem to pay for something better or even buy a smart thermostat myself. I called the company to complain about it. All I got was it is fully functional and it is more modern than my old programmable thermostat! I could not be more disappointed about this. Despite they fixed my AC, I do not feel comfortable to use this company again and to recommend it to anyone else if this is not addressed.
