After I called costumer services, the store called me back, to only then inform me that the order was back ordered. When I went to return the wallpaper ( had to buy another one somewhere else because I needed for a specific day), that was when I was informed that my order was a special order, they took off 25% of the amount that I had paid. I had taken it to a reputable local jeweler to have the diamonds secured, believing the work was complete. When I visited Kay's to have a separate bracelet cleaned, I showed Janine my mother's ring. She gently and respectfully pointed out a few areas that had been missed and still needed repair. Her attention to detail and care for such a meaningful piece truly touched me. Without hesitation, she offered to send it to their repair person. When I got the ring back, I was speechless. The difference was night and day--it looked better than I ever imagined possible. The craftsmanship was incredible, and I could feel how much care went into the restoration. Janine, thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and for treating my mother's ring as more than just jewelry. I am forever grateful to you for preserving such a cherished memory.

If you're told your computer is beyond repair while standing in a Best Buy, chances are you're going to buy your new computer at that Best Buy---instead of being satisfied with your piddling $180 for repairs they'd rather scam you into dropping 1K on a new computer instead. I worked at the uxbridge location for about 5 months and left on great terms as they are all great people. Slightly understaffed but not more than industry norm they definitely took great care of me as an employee and as it would be nice if they were paying me to say good things but I wouldn't take it even if that was offered but genuinely they are good people and seem to have something for everyone and a level of service for anyone. The prices are more than Home Depot but you won't be back to replace you faucet in a year unless there's some factory defect. I would say it's a fantastic opportunity for just about anyone. I just wasn't a great fit but more me problem than them and they treated with respect and care, which I greatly appreciate. The benefits were pretty awesome compared to job's previous and the other staff was closer to a family environment than a corporate nightmare. The closest comparison I have is Dunder Mifflin from the office.
