I originally stopped by in person to schedule an appointment because my phone call was never returned. I was told that Rachel would be off the entire weekend, yet she ended up working that day -- which was already confusing. I made my appointment three weeks in advance for 2/21 at 1:00 PM, but it was canceled at the last minute. What made it worse was that no alternative technician, rescheduling option, or solution was offered. Poor communication, duplicate/conflicting scheduling, and last-minute cancellations show a lack of respect for customers' time. After planning ahead and rearranging my schedule, this was beyond frustrating and upsetting. This wasn't just an inconvenience -- it completely disrupted my schedule. What's most frustrating is the lack of organization and accountability. When you make an appointment ahead of time 3 weeks in advance, you expect the salon to honor it. His English is great and he's very accommodating when I have to reschedule or he'll call if the nail tech is running late/ early There's street parking (2 hours free) in front of the business and all around the block. The business itself is clean, well lit and has an ample amount of chairs. I usually get the gel manicure with cat eye (additional $15) and gel builder. It sometimes takes 1- 1.5 hours with my old gel removal and cost me a little under $70 which isn't too bad! The different nail techs I get are always kind and it doesn't feel like they're rushing the job- which is very important to me I'm soo glad my friend recommended me here because I'll def be a regular! read more

They were able to fit me in the day I called. I've been here multiple times and every nail tech that I've had takes their time and would ask if the shape is ok before continuing. I've been one of their very first customers since their grand opening a few years back. This is one of the few nail salons where the prices are reasonable and hasn't increased a whole lot. Although I live further away from this salon, I've found that it's difficult to find a salon that compares to the quality of services provided here. They are worth a further drive for me. Never had issues with paint chipping or lifting here, and the polish/technique they use have actually made my nails stronger to the point where I can grow out my natural nails long. They've added new sheer gel colors to their collection which I will consider for special occasions since it's $5 extra. The owners and workers here are always friendly and they seem to genuinely want you to have a good experience here. Every nail tech I've had has been meticulous and care about the result being up to par with my expectations. The salon is always clean and well-maintained. The gentleman at the front desk (maybe the owner or manager?) was very nice & professional as well. I've read reviews about a number of salons where you get pressured to tip more, or even get overcharged, but when I declined any extra services, they left it at that and still did a great job. She paid such close attention to detail the first time she did my nails and I knew then and there that she had to do my nails for my wedding!
