I really had no expectations. Was in the parking lot and saw a mile long line for the drive thru. Must be a good place right? Wrong. Went inside. Not a clean table in the place. I had to try this place once I found out there was one opening near me! When I went, it was extremely crowded, and there was long line. The wait was a while, but I guess reasonable for the amount of customers there. We got their chicken, spaghetti, patties, and mango pie. The chicken drumsticks were huge. They were pretty good, and weren't dry on the inside. However, I think Popeye's chicken is still crispier. They also came with gravy which was pretty cool. We dipped the chicken in the gravy, which paired well and tasted good! It definitely gave the huge chunks of chicken meat more flavor. The spaghetti was really interesting since the red sauce wasn't actually marinara, it was a little sweet. I think everyone liked it though, and I think I like it even better than regular marinara! The crust was good, crunchy. I would have preferred mango peach pie (more mango over peach) lol, and if I were a big fast food eater, I would have liked it more. Since I'm not, it was just average to me. The Filipino spaghetti was too sweet, all I could taste was the sugar lol. The french fries were average. My first time ever going to a Jollibee, the hype is legit. I liked the food a lot, especially when it's fast too. I'm a big fan of extra crispy stuff, so the chicken was made for me! The pancit was good and the spaghetti was good too. The peach mango pie was very good, it's like Popeyes apple pie crust with peach mango filling. The lines are pretty long for now, but they're open 7a-11p. So you have a good chance of getting through pretty quickly. Good fried chicken. I had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo and it's a good size sandwich which can be comparable to the Popeyes one which I consider the best. They are short staffed which is the bane of the fast food industry these days but the women staff working there were extremely friendly and nice and provide good service despite being short staffed. But the long lines in the dining room is not covid friendly since the drive thru is constantly closed. With the long lines and wait times with only 1 register open inside and constant closed drive thru it makes it difficult to get an order if you have a baby or small toddler.
