I had chicken joy cravings and decided to visit this Jollibee location with my husband. It's a closer drive than Southcenter and easily accessible via I-90. Parking is not an issue, however don't leave anything in plain sight in your vehicle, especially in this area. This location has both drive thru and indoor seating. We decided to dine in and enjoy the food while it was hot. Ordering took a little time. This was the time we found out that not all Jollibee locations have the same menu items. We were looking for the palabok combo, however was advised they don't have it. We switched orders to the 2 piece chicken joy (half regular half spicy) with spaghetti and 6pc chicken tenders. Both came with a fountain drink. The cashier advised us the order will take around 7 minutes to prepare. I grew on up Jollibee and their flavors still remain the same. The iconic savory crispy fried chicken and sweet spaghetti brings back childhood memories. The meal also came with a cup of gravy for the chicken (I refer to it as liquid gold), which is a well-known accompaniment. My husband had the chicken tenders and they were fresh out of the fryer. Service was ok. I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to visit the one in Southcenter location for the added palabok option. My wife had been wanting to try this Asian fast food spot for a while and since they don't have these in the Midwest this was a good find. So we finally stopped in, to see what the hype was all about. Parking was easy since it's located in a large strip mall. When we walked in, we were greeted by an older Asian lady who was both kind and a little funny. There was a slight language barrier, but she did a great job communicating and made us feel welcome. We decided to dine in. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a pineapple juice, while my wife went with the two-piece spicy meal with spaghetti, adobo rice, and an ube apple pie. Everything tasted great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. One of the highlights for me was being able to buy a meal for a few Asian kids who came in from school, they were so thankful, which made the experience even better. They accidentally got our order wrong and once we noticed and corrected them they have us a bunch of other food as well on the house which was super nice. The table we were at was a little messy so we wiped it off. My main focus and OG order was the KBBQ chicken sandwich. That sauce was divine. A little more cilantro than I like and I'm also just not a big cilantro fan in the first place ahaha. My side was the adobo rice which I thought was okay. My boyfriend ordered biscuits as his side. Jollibee is great! This location is convenient and has plenty of parking and a drive thru. After dealing with the waits and crowding of the Southcenter spot, this one is a welcome change. Flavor was just ok imo. I actually think Krispy Krunchy is better tasting...maybe even Safeway fried chicken... My first time ever trying Jollibee! Expectations were high and they did not disappoint here. This location is so much less crowded than the one down in Tukwila - there always seems to be at least an hour long line there. We came around 6pm on a Saturday and from ordering to getting our food it only took around 5 minutes. We got the combo with the 6pc chicken and chose spaghetti as both of our sides. For the chicken we chose a mix of spicy and original - the spicy is SPICY so beware! I don't have too high of a spice tolerance and this one definitely hit it. The flavor was absolutely delicious though, and the chicken was crispy crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The original was also good, but not as seasoned so I definitely preferred the spicy. The spaghetti was genuinely really good - slightly sweet and savory and honestly kind of addicting. I really liked the flavor combo. Of course we had to end with the peach mango pie for dessert. It was surprisingly so good, maybe even better than the McDonalds apple pie. Fried to crispy perfection, and such good peach and mango flavor. I would definitely get Jollibee again! Such yummy Filipino fast food. read more

Nice to have a Jollibee further up north! I personally don't think the fried chicken is anything spectacular but the spaghetti is phenomenal. I acknowledge the chicken is juicy and tender plus the gravy adds more flavor, but lots of chicken is similar. The spaghetti however, uses banana ketchup and hot dogs for a sweeter and more unique flavor. Interior is fairly clean and there's restrooms available with a passkey. Ample parking because it's in a shared plaza. Among 6 of us we split a Bucket C and Bucket D (22 pieces of chicken plus sides). Skip the fries, they're mid and not salted well. Get sides of spaghetti and mashed potatoes for the gravy. Mac N Cheese is not bad and worth getting but honestly the previously mentioned sides are better. read more

I've ordered the same exact order multiple times from the app to pick up and it's always packaged in different sizes and containers. Service was friendly and food on par. I was surprised to discover a 3rd Jollibee's location had opened up just east of downtown Seattle found at a Safeway shopping center. From what I researched, the location was formerly a Mod Pizza that didn't survive and jollibee's swooped in to take advantage of this building and also the drive-thru it offered. The chicken skin though was not as crunchy but the spaghetti was sweet. There are only two things that surprised us about this place. 1) No palabok available on menu 2) No Filipino workers Every Jollibee's I've been at in the States have these both so I'm sure this place will definitely be a challenge especially when catering to customers that are used to placing their orders when speaking Tagalog. They limited the amount to can get to 12 pieces of chicken. They didn't have the 10 piece bucket so it was pretty lack luster. I went in on 6/8 and The free mango peach they advertised was not redeemable til 6/10. I was fooled. The lady inside kept mopping instead of clearing tables. The floor was already clean and spotless. Tables needed to be bussed instead since there's a line of people waiting to seat that were inside standing. Space was small but I'm glad they had a drive thru. The chicken was not bad. I feel like the Southcenter tasted better. The online ordering they usually have was disabled for the rainier and Southcenter location on Saturday. Their system was poorly planned. If your food was ready, the buzzard would buzz. You'd give them your buzzard and they'd still ask to see your receipt. Like what's the point of having a buzzard? Their launch was half ass. I'm so happy Jollibee is closer to downtown Seattle! This location has a drive through and a sit down area and it is so much better than the always-crowded Southcenter location. My friends and I came and got the Bucket Treat D which comes with 12 chicken joys, 5 sides, and 5 pies for about $75. It's a steal! I recommend mixing some gravy and honey for your chickenjoy so you aren't drowning in gravy. The chicken is fried really well here, crispy exterior with a still juicy interior, so I was not disappointed at all. My fav side is actually the Mac and Cheese and my fav pie is definitely the Ube Pie! Try each part of the menu if you can. read more

The price has gone up as the quality of the food, portion size and quality of service has depleted terribly. Our experience started with confusion when we saw the cabaret girls around the red bee i didn't know this was no longer family-friendly.. the cashier allowed somebody to cut in front of us, and instead of saying "sir, there's a line" she let his ignorance flourish. After taking his order she stared at us. I had to ask her if she was ready for us. We asked if they had spicy wings ready because we didn't want to wait. She said "yes we have it ready" After placing our order we waited over ten minutes for them to call us up to inform us that it would be another ten minutes for the spicy wings. In total it took us nearly an hour to get food from this location. The balloon display is right by the door causing congestion. The "line starts here" is pushed to the middle of the restaurant so unless people already know, others will in fact walk in and go straight to the cashiers. The lighting above is placed right at the screens so prepare to leave with minor vision blur and possible sight damage. Unless you know exactly what you want and order online I would not recommend this location. And I think the cherry on top was the male employee who walked past me without saying thank you for holding the door open for him while he was holding two bags that he ran out to customers. This review is for those who don't have any experience with Jollibee and/or just want to know what the hype is all about. If you grew up with Jollibee or you've been enough times to formulate your own opinion, that's cool. Firstly, It's all about the chicken. and the peach mango pie.....and the gravy. I haven't had good experiences sides other than the fries. The sides tend to be overpriced for what they give you. The adobo rice I had was as if someone dumped some water in it to try to keep it alive. It was super wet. Not awesome. Spaghetti is on the sweet side. Not my favorite. If you like Chef boyardee spaghetti or ravioli this could work for you. Not judging you. No opinion on the Palabok fries. Haven't tried it yet. The fries are just good skinny ,fast food fries. They reheat well and, yeah...you gotta dip them in the gravy. Although the Yumburger is reminiscent of the burgers your Asian family made at backyard BBQs (meaning seasoned with something other than salt and pepper), it's disappointing in size (patty doesn't even reach the sides of the bun, and is more like the size of kids' burger) and for the same price of a Quarter Pounder at McDs...it's kind of a ripoff. A quarter pounder at McDs is actually pretty good and a decent price if you ask me. Peach mango pie. It's like a Mcd's apple pie, but better. Worthy of reheating in the oven if you are bringing the food home. If you're eating in your car or dining in...you might want to eat it first. The chicken. Yes it's some of the best fast food fried chicken you can get. Hot and crispy. The spicy is right at the limit for me. Get and half and half bucket if you're not sure. if you're a newbie and want a good Jollibee experience I suggest the following: Skip the line. Park in the the Safeway parking lot as close to Jollibee as you want. Order from your car. Use the app to order and sign up for the rewards program. Every time I need a Jollibee fix, there's a $5 off digital offer waiting for me in my app. My order is always ready twice as quick as they say when place my order. Waiting in the drive-thru line is a rookie move. Stick to the chicken and peach mango pie. get a combo deal that includes both of those things. Order more than you need. It's a better deal, the more meals you can get out of your visit. So take some home enjoy for the next few days. Okay, if you need a side, just get the fries. if you get a serving of gravy that you didn't expect. they didn't screw up. They just include gravy. It's a Jollibee thing. Dip your fries in it. Dip your chicken it. Do whatever you do with gravy. Eat it right away. don't take pictures of it. if it takes more than 5 minutes to get it home, plan to reheat it. There are great instructions on the Jollibee website for reheating. If you visit Jollibee during peak hours, yes it will be a zoo. This is a good thing believe it or not. This means you're chicken will be fresh out of the fryer. If you go during off-peak hours, yes, you'll get your food quicker, it will be good, just not as good. As I mentioned before, use the app no matter what time you visit. It'll make things smoother. And as a side note, most of the time I've been to Jollibee, no matter the location...no matter the time, they are working HARD there. When family comes to visit and you want, excuse me, need fried chicken. An excuse to try Jollibee. Excellent service and fast despite obviously being super busy inside and through the drive through. The spicy chicken was definitely our family favorite as it had more flavor and just enough spice. Crunchy outside and juicy meat inside. Not greasy at all despite the crunchy friedness of it. The famous Jollibee spaghetti was also delicious. Slightly sweet with Filipino sausage diced in. Slightly sweet with a bbq flavor. Super comforting dish. When winter comes back it could be an addiction, lol. The pineapple quencher was super delicious pineapple flavored beverage. Cool vibes here. Too full to eat the pies, but I'm sure they will be delicious. Parking is crowded here but there is a drive through if you don't want to park. For sure a must try. SYOY! The Seattle area has its second location of Jollibee (technically third if you count Tacoma), and heavens be praised, this new location has a drive through! If you have ever tried to just walk into the Southcenter location, you will know how tough it is at times to just grab a table. Employees are pleasant and the interior was spotless. If you are a ChickenJoy fan, don't forget that side of gravy. IYKYK. As a Fil-Am, I am a sucker for the burger steak with mushroom gravy and also the palabok fiesta is pretty good. Heads up though, the spaghetti is tasty but it IS sweet. It's a Filipino thing so consider yourself warned. What else can I say? Double up on the peach mango pies, trust on this one. You'll want one for later! The ube pie is also tasty but if I recall, it might be a special item and not always on the menu. But our 2nd favorite item was their Jolly Spaghetti. That signature sweet-style sauce loaded with ground beef and hotdog, and topped with melty cheese... made it difficult for us not to over eat. Make sure you hold their dumb bags at the bottom because if you hold a bag like you normally would it'll split open and the staff will say it's your fault. The manager NEVER came out to greet us. They said "oh he can see from the camera" because that makes sense. They also gave us a leaky soda and the employee was apologizing agreeing with us that we should've gotten at least the chicken for free or a discount but unfortunately the management there is the most incompetent team I've ever seen.
