Is this place still open? I have been to the markets listed on their website, they haven't been there. They haven't updated social media and I called the number, no answer. I'm trying to eat some Filipino food!!

I really liked the fried chicken dish and the kari Kari. The breading of the chicken was super crunchy and the kiki gravy was a nice add to the dish but mind you it was a very filling dish. The Kari Kari was very tender and a bit hard on the edges that almost resembled the texture of beef jerky. The shrimp paste and peanut sauce combination was also delicious and umami. We also ordered the pork belly arugula salad and liked it. Since we ordered so much meat we wanted a dish that balanced out, hence we got the fish that was cooked well and sauce was tangy and refreshing. The fish dish was the least impressive though. The ambiance was perfect for a date! Nothing too formal yet it was intimate and fun. Musang you're great!

Luckily, we were able to get seated at the bar right away. The hostess, bartender, and servers were all very friendly and attentive. The food was all prepared nicely with fresh ingredients. The fried chicken was impressively delicious! We also appreciated all the vegan options and mocktails. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere was lively and full of people. I heard this place also changes its menu based on the different seasons. I'd love to come back at another time to check out different menu items. This place is definitely more on the expensive side though, especially since they automatically added a 22% service charge and still prompted us to add additional tips. It wasn't too difficult to find street parking nearby.

Went for brunch right when they opened at 11:00 am on a Sunday. It wasn't busy, but about 15…read moreminutes later, more people arrived. Perfect timing if you want to beat the rush and take a look around before it fills up. The restaurant is located in Beacon Hill, right next to the Beacon Hill light rail station, which is super convenient if you're coming from downtown or the airport. No dedicated parking lot, so you're looking at street parking. The setup is counter service. You order and pay up front, then find a seat, and they bring the food out to you. It's a nice hybrid of quick-service convenience with the personal touch of table delivery. Just remember to bus your own table when you're done. They've also got a station set up for washing your hands and mixing your own dipping sauce, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch (if you grew up with Filipino food, you know). I went heavy on the sinamak (spiced vinegar). Seating is flexible. Counter seats if you're solo or just grabbing something quick, and regular tables that can accommodate four or more if you've got a bigger group. We ordered the bangus-silog, island combo, and cassava cake. Bangus-silog:Came with garlic rice, two eggs, and milkfish, and it hit exactly the way silog should. Yolks were slightly runny, rice had that good garlicky flavor, and the bangus was perfectly fried with head and tail. Island combo: Came with two lumpia, two inihaw ribs, pancit, white rice, two longanisa, and two butterfly shrimp. Great way to sample a bunch of things in one go if you can't decide. The lumpia was crispy and had a good amount of filling. The ribs were tender and had a nice char. The pancit had good noodle texture, and the longanisa had that slightly sweet, garlicky flavor you want. Nothing special about the butterfly shrimp. Also don't skip the baked goods section near the register. It's definitely worth a look on your way out. We tried a slice of cassava cake for dessert. Dense and not overly sweet. Good way to end the meal. Staff at the register were friendly and patient the whole time. They answered any questions about the menu. Overall, a solid and casual spot for Filipino comfort food. Will definitely be back. Kain tayo!

My go-to is still the sisig (add a fried egg!) if you are dining in, sometimes they have the bangus sisig as a special. The adobo wings is delicious and such a good deal ($8.5 for 6 wings). Don't skip the green sauce, it's good with all the meat! Also look right after you order for some delicious (on the sweet side) dessert.

The mango salad was good - very fresh, a good balance of fish-based sauce, and a huge portion. I also tried my friend's duck curry, which had a crispy skin and was a well balanced curry. The drinks here are fun too. I had the pandan cream cocktail and it was incredibly flavorful and I could tell they used real pandan. Service was a bit slow though. It was a Wednesday evening and there weren't a ton of customers. However I'd still highly recommend you give this place a try!

The wontons were nice and tender, flavored with shrimp and pork. It was like a warm hug. Hit the spot! Second, I ordered the crispy spicy fish. It was an extraordinary presentation even my Chef friend was delighted to see the culinary expertise of the Chef. And it was also very reasonably priced. The service was excellent. They were very welcoming. The decor of the restaurant is super upscale. It looks like a fancy club. This would be a great place to bring a first date. Overall I was super impressed and very happy that I stumbled into this delicious restaurant. 10/10

Got the half spicy half normal and dusting of spice was perfect. The fact that this is gluten free (which is fantastic for all GF folks in our family) is even more Amazing how they got everything right with the crunch and flavor. Potato skins and garlic rice were good too, though less garlic would have been better. Could easily make this into a garlic egg fried rice and larger portions. The staff were super attentive and took time to explain everything to first time visitors. Steady stream of take out orders as seating is limited. Would come back to try the other sides too. Happy to report no reaction for gluten free member of our family, top marks for safety.
