Kaboom! Best fried chicken I've ever seen or eaten. Yes, one look at all the pieces (ordered the 8pc) and you can see beauty in its creation and attention to detail. Got the half spicy half normal and dusting of spice was perfect. The two main chicken pieces I got here were the spicy chicken thigh and the regular chicken stick Out of the two, I have to say I liked the chicken stick less It was definitely really juicy - even slightly pink at times - so that part was quite good. The issue came more with the breading for me. The skin was only lightly crispy, with a lot of softness to it - not something I usually look for in fried chicken. Additionally, it wasn't really seasoned that amazingly. While for being on a stick there was a good amount of meat to it, the amount you get pales in comparison to the thigh, especially when you take into account that they're the same price However, the chicken thigh was all-time good. There was absolutely no comparison on which I enjoyed more - in fact, the thigh here is one of my favorite pieces of fried chicken I've had in my life. Making the breading 'spicy' adds so much more flavor it's unreal. While it isn't actually that spicy - especially when compared to a place like Dave's Hot Chicken - just the act of adding a ton of spice-adjacent seasonings gives the breading a very strong amount of flavor. I do prefer Dave's in terms of the amount and flavor of the seasoning - as this doesn't quite have that same deep red color. Ordered online before we arrived and it took mere minutes (literally like three minutes) to get our food because of the advanced heads up. Ordered the spicy thighs and the meat was incredibly tender. It was a bit soggy by the time we arrive at home. The garlic rice is OK but if you are garlic adverse, maybe don't order this. I appreciate this place for their gluten-free fried chicken. For my friend who has celiac this is a lifesaver for her. She hasn't had good gluten-free chicken in a long time so this has become her go to spot. As a non-gluten-free person I still really loved their chicken. The pieces were gigantic and all the flavors were so yummy and flavorful. All the pieces were super tender and juicy and cooked well. I also got their dessert and that was yummy as well. The fried smashed potatoes were a top hit. Be warned that this is a small place so try not to come with a giant group because you will not fit. They could not accommodate our large group so we had to sit either squished or separately. They weren't able to combine tables across the restaurant for us. We were gently guided towards only ordering one thigh and a side each. I'm glad we did, because these must have been made from chickens that were Olympic power lifters. Those thighs were MEATY. The thigh is the perfect level of juiciness. The crisp on the outside is everything you want for fried chicken. If you get the spicy version, there's a nice coating of spice-dust and I believe some hot honey. The pancit was a very nice addition (noodles with fried chicken? Love it). This is Seattle's only Filipino fried chicken restaurant! The cashier was very bubbly and kind. There are 6 small tables inside that seat 2 people each, but most people did takeout. Street parking is possible but limited. I loved the drum and the stick was the best breast meat I've ever had - so tender, with a Rice Krispies texture. I personally prefer when the batter sticks more to the meat. It was $16 which was steep but filled me up. Things I learned: - Preorder on their website to get what you want before they run out! There is a 17% service charge. - "Pick-up time" actually means check-in time because when you arrive, they will announce your order number and start frying your chicken to deliver it fresh to you. - They use free-range and organic chicken from Draper Valley Farms, and their batter (and entire menu) is gluten-free. I wish I could get the recipe for this dish as I would make it all summer long. The right amount of tanginess and acidity to accompany some juicy chicken. The garlic rice was just ok... not enough garlic. You pay at the counter and it does get pretty crowded and the seating options are a bit chaotic since sometimes, it gets so packed that there isn't any room. One of my friends described this place the best: it's essentially a "hipster Jolibee." I went here during a Thursday evening for some fried chicken, and yikes is parking rough to find around the area. This place is located in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood right next to Phinney Station. It's quite small in here, with only six or so 2-person tables and some counter seating. You order your food up at the front and take an available seat here. Service was nice and friendly; workers there were chatting with me about my day while pointing out where to get utensils and napkins. Fried chicken here comes in wings, drums, thighs or sticks. We got 3 fried chicken sticks, a wing and two orders of garlic rice. Each stick is VERY filling even if it doesn't look like it, so I'd probably get just one if you want to try something else more comfortably. Chicken is fresh and crispy all around without being oily, and garlic rice tasted great too while being an appropriate (but still big) portion. I came across the chicken supply through a TikTok and found out they were literally 0.5 miles from me. I made an online order for pickup the afternoon after as I've seen them sell out at 4:30pm (they open at 4!). Pickup was easy and on time. I thought the price was on the expensive side but after seeing the size and tasting the quality, I could understand. I got a drum stick and it was super juicy on the inside and the skin was super crispy and thin. I also got a chicken stick which is essentially chicken breast nuggets on a skewer. Overall all the chicken was delicious in flavor - it's slightly salty, sweet, and has some filipino flavors. Highly recommend. I got a side of crispy potato and they were definitely crispy! It was a mix of two different potatoes and nicely salted. I didn't get much of a garlic flavor though. Highly recommend a stop as their chicken was pretty good. Filipino fried chicken, yes please. The Chicken Supply is one of my favorite spots to grab fried chicken. They are an order and take out spot and very popular. Make sure to place an order on their website a couple hours ahead of time, they run out of food! I always go for the drums, but have tried the wings, thighs, and stick as well. Delicious chicken that held their crunch and flavor within the 45 min commute home. Liked the regular better than the spicy flavor but both were good, chicken was more filling than expected, food came out fast, and service was friendly. Sadly some options were sold out but we came 1.5 hours before closing. Just wish the prices were a bit more affordable. $8 for 1 thigh and close to $5 for 1 drumstick seems a bit steep but definitely yummy to try once in a while! read more

Best fried chicken in Seattle! Sooo good! We called in at 5pm on a Sunday and they still had all the chicken, but unfortunately had run out of garlic rice. Their indoors is really small, so you probably need to bring home to eat. The batter is sooo crispy and thick and awesome. I preferred the spicy, but my boyfriend preferred the original.
