A Wingstop has finally opened in the neighborhood. I swear this place has been under development for ages, I remember a coming soon banner plastered over the old building a few years ago. Now that the new building is here, so is Wingstop. Parking is inconvenient as you can't park in the lot next door. You have to park in the back and walk all the way to the front. The restaurant is pretty clean with plenty of tables if you'd like to do take in. They have TVs as well if you're trying to catch a football or basketball game. I ordered through their website which was fairly easy to do. I ordered 15 hot flavored wings for $16 after tax. The woman who rung me up was friendly and courteous. I'm not sure if I ordered at the wrong time, but the wings were so dry!! They were barely drenched in sauce. I was a little disappointed with what was served to me, but what can you say, it's just a Wingstop... The upside was that I was able to avoid a long wait, but the downside is that their star product was pretty average and a bit disappointing. read more

They have over 10+ flavors ranging from mild to atomic for bone or boneless wings! We chose the "big nite" bundle with 25 boneless chicken and 3 flavors of your choice: Cajun, garlic Parmesan, and Korean bbq for only $15.99! Dips like ranch or blue cheese are included. We also got a side of fried corn too! It was almost too much food for the two of us but we finished it all! The boneless chicken pieces were huge! They were made fresh to order and was nice and crispy. Since the food is fresh we probably waited about 10 min for food. It was worth it! I know they do call-in or online orders too! Each chicken piece was drenched in flavor! They were juicy and tender! My favorite was the Cajun. It wasn't too spicy but if you inhale the spices it may burn. I could definitely go hotter. It was more of a dry rub hot. I also really enjoyed the corn! Full of spice with the sweetness of the tender corn! Impressions: I liked the vibe here. TVs playing the games, a lot of tables for groups of friends or families, and good service. I also like that the cashier kept saying "you got it boss" whenever my fiancé asked questions or ordered. Wings are my favorite food and I work less than a block away from here, so it's a deadly combination! I have been here about three times and all my experience has been great! I order online and walk over for my order. No hitch or mix up with my order. My favorite sauces has been Atomic, Mango Habanero, and Spicy Korean. The wings have always been good. There sometimes is a tiny wing and the meat is hard, but there sometimes have been an extra good-sized wing there (I think to make up for the small wing) and it's been good. I've only ordered the veggies on the side, so I can't speak on the fries, but the veggies has alway been fresh tasty, crispy, and a nice crunch. Everything has been finger-licking good. It took 45 or minutes or so for food to be finished before the dasher picked it up but that's to be expected. When the food arrived, I got the correct order of wings. However there were no fries, and instead I was given 2 brownies (which weren't even very good), given honey mustard (instead of the amazing ranch we all know and love from WingStop), and no celery + carrots with the coke. I immediately reported the missing fries and sauce and got an $11 refund from DoorDash. However with Seattle Mandate + delivery fees, this still wouldn't have been equivalent to just the 10 piece without the sides listed on the DoorDash app. Overall I had a terrible experience and would not recommend ordering from this Wingstop again even through DoorDash. read more

Every time I've pre-ordered online, and every single time I have to wait... and we're not talking 5-10 minutes. Today I waited 47 minutes after my pickup time. The staff was definitely working hard but just couldn't churn food out, and couldn't tell the 40+ people waiting in the lobby (seriously) how long it would be or even confirm if your order was definitely still in the queue. People were giving up and asking for refunds and told to write their name on a curled up receipt scrap that was tossed into an overfull basket, half falling to the floor, and wait 3-5 days for a refund. Pretty sure none of those people will see that refund without a fight. Watching the kitchen it was pandemonium. I was feeling so bad for them, until I watched them drop a sheet tray of honey mustard dressing packages on the floor. They picked them up and put them on the clean food prep counter.
