Excellent customer service and fast checkout. Their Covid-19 safety measure is fine. Only a limited number of guests are allowed to enter. There a days when you will see the lines outside of their restaurant. So...order your meals via DoorDash pick up to avoid the long wait times and hassle to standing outside in the cold. I am impressed with their packing skills. The meals are secured in double plastic bags and sealed with a sticker wrapping, which ensures that the food stays hot and neat during your drive back home. My recent Jollibee's DoorDash delivery service was a negative experience . I don't recommend paying for DoorDash delivery. If you order a family bucket meal and include tax and delivery fees , your total expense is equivalent to paying for two bucket meals and sometimes a driver who may get lost in finding your address such as my previous driver. Our meal came an hour late than the estimated delivery time. Our family love the family combo meals. Both palabok and spaghetti platters are delightful to enjoy with your family on any occasion. Be sure to pay extra for a side order of spaghetti or pasta sauce since their default noodles and sauce ratio are often insufficient. Their peach mango pies are wonderful. The crispy chicken is undoubtably the best in town! Their chicken is fresh and cooked to crunchy perfection. Order extra large gravey sauce and pour it over white rice. Being Filipino, Jollibee is our version of McDonald's...except for the menu obviously. While they have burgers, hotdogs and all, there are filipino dishes included such as palabok, tocino, longanisa, beef tapa. For dinner we opted for 6 piece chicken that included 3 peach mango pies (yum), and spaghetti. If you're particular about your spaghetti and have certain westernized expectations then don't order this. But if you grew up with a filipino version of spaghetti or perhaps consider yourself openminded to trying new things, (and don't mind having hotdog pieces and a sweeter version of red sauce) this spaghetti doesn't disappoint, give it a try. Ofcourse with covid19 restrictions, wear a mask while you wait, maintain the 6 ft distance, and it might help expedite things if you call ahead for pick up. read more

IM APPALLED AND SHOCKED I ordered spicy chicken & was given regular (which isn't the problem) I knew this because I brought my order back to the car, opened all my stuff to check & that's when I found it was wrong. I took it back into Jollibee, & told them the problem. Usually restaurants will either toss the food, OR tell you to keep or toss it. But nope, the guy behind the counter took the box, took the chicken out of my box AND PUT IT BACK WITH THE LOT OF CHICKEN THEY WERE SERVING! It wasn't a waste pile because it was in the MAIN thing they took chicken out of... I could've done anything to that before bringing it back, I could've touched it or tasted it to be sure it wasn't spicy... and yet they put it back. That is trash but they resold it. We always make it a point to have some Chicken Joy whenever we are close to Jollibee. The chicken is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The only challenge is the speed of service. Compared to other fast-food chains, I find that Jollibee tends to be slow. Other than the chicken joy, we come for the Palabok, Beef steak, and Filipino spaghetti (sweet version). read more

I really like this location compared to the one in Union City. It's so odd but I swear they make their chicken differently and the quality of food is better. The one in Union City uses a type of salt to season their spicy chicken. But I feel like this place puts it in the batter or soaks it in the meat before they batter and cook it. I honestly don't know and I could totally be trippin' but the chicken is HELLA better here. I usually order spaghetti with a spicy thigh and a peach mango pie with pineapple juice. It hits the spot and definitely can make me pretty full. The reason I took away one star is because this location always runs out of chicken. I've been to this Jollibee location twice and both times have been lucky. Just like all the other rants, customer service is poor and the wait times. Prep yourself to expect at least 30 minutes spent from arrival to leaving. 5 to 10 minutes in line but 20 to 25 minutes for your order to be ready. Anything less than 30 minutes would be a bonus. As bad as this Jollibee may seem to be, it's better than the South Sacramento branch. Avoid that branch at all cost during lunch time and order as soon as they open during weekends. read more

I always buy palabok and there's always not enough sauce. This time I asked the guy at the cashier to add some sauce. While I was waiting, I was keeping an eye on him whether he would put extra sauce or not. Now the preparer grabbed a family pack from the 4 palabok family packs that were ready to go. I asked the guy at the counter who was bagging my order, where the extra sauce is. then another guy came and said there's a charge for extra sauce. So I asked the guy who rang me if I was charged and he grabbed my receipt from my hand, he said no charge. I grew up in the Philippines eating Jollibee, so I was extremely excited knowing there's one close to the area we will be moving to. I am ready to stuff myself with all the spaghetti and chicken joy this place has. My absolute favorite is Filipino-style spaghetti and what I had here was just spot-on! We just ordered a couple of those, and we got it almost instantly. Talk about fast food. The staff were all so friendly, which is kind of rare, since some Jollibees I've been to had some arrogant staff. Overall, 5/5 for both customer service and quality of food. Although the food is great and we come here frequently because of its proximity to my family's home, I am giving it 2 stars for the customer service. We have come here multiple times, both during peak and down hours. Regardless if it's busy or not, we always find ourselves waiting an excessive amount of time. We've called in orders, hoping it would decrease the wait time, but we still end up waiting longer than expected. We once called in an order while passing through Fairfield on the way to Vallejo. Once we got to the restaurant, our order wasn't ready until 40 minutes later (over an hour wait total) for one order of the 6 piece chicken and a family pack spaghetti. During this time, there was only one other customer besides us. While one worker was working, the rest of the staff appeared to be standing around chatting. During another time, we called in an order for a party pack spaghetti while driving from Sacramento, hoping it would be ready by the time we reached Vallejo (1 hour drive). Unfortunately, once we got to the restaurant, our order wasn't even placed nor started despite being told on the phone that it would only take "15 minutes." These are just 2 of many other examples, which is unfortunate because the food here isn't bad! If you have plenty of time to spare, I would recommend this place because the food is like-able for something simple, especially the spaghetti. We only got a small portion of fried chicken as we were about to meet my whole family at another filipino restaurant right next door. The batter was crisp but not too thick. The chicken was juicy. The gravy was interesting and the rice was soft for my taste but it is filipino fast food. I wish I had tried the spaghetti because my whole family asked if we tried it. I sent my sister some ChickenJoy for her bday via DoorDash. We occasionally have a craving for crispy, crunchy, juicy ChickenJoy and Filipino spaghetti! Everything arrived as ordered so thank you to the JB crew for staying on top of it during COVID. I never thought I'd be into those ready-made pies but the peach mango pie is off the hook. There is something about their gravy that makes the entire experience. You gotta have just the right amount of gravy to rice to corn to chicken ratio in one bite. I know it sounds crazy but... "This Is The Way". So if you're in the mood for some Filipino fast-food or you wanna take your non-Filipino friend for a FilAm that isn't too far fetch like Dinaguan experience.. take them to Jolibee lol! read more

Came during a busy time 5/24/2022 - Ranz was filling a huge order. Granted the kitchen was bringing out the food. He did his best to bag such a huge order for a party. He was bagging the food as fast as possible waiting on other food items to come. He was very patient with another staff that continued to scold him to hurry up. I found it very rude that she proceeded to tell him to hurry up and this isn't the way to do it. He wasn't in control of how fast the kitchen brings out the 50+ order. The service was great besides that rude interaction between employees in front of guest. Silvia or Celia was her name. I think she could of handled that better.
