The wings have a good batter that is super crunchy on on the heavier batter side but stayed crunchy as they were heavily sauced which normally I'm not a fan or but the sauces were very tasty. Definitely come here for their wings. They have really good wings 0.59 cents on Sunday (min order 10). They have a happy hour special every day: buy one appies and get second appies for free. Their fries were awfully salty. Their Asian platter tasted like something you would get at Costco and then heated it up. Burgers were tasty. Most people come here for the drinks. The place is really 3 stories. There are lots of free parking here. Its a pretty decent size pub. If you come here during the Canucks game, they give you a ticket and will draw a $20 gift card every time the Canucks would score. read more

Totally did not expect Jollymacs to serve up a classic version of a Cuban Sandwich, and I have been craving one since my last visit to Miami. This little slice of Havana was a perfect marriage of savory ham and sweet pulled pork offset by the tangy crunch of the pickle.Mustard is the obvious choice of condiment here cos mustard loves pork and so do I. Food aside, Jolly mac has an issue with their dishwasher. Typically coffee does stain ceramic cups but if the alleged stain comes off from your finger than it is not a stain but rather a indicator of uncleanliness and requires maintenance or repair of a commercial dishwasher. I did receive not 1 but 2 less than clean coffee cups before they served me a clean glass stemmed Spanish coffee cup. Back to the star of the show,the food, ... my fries were fresh and golden and my brothers beef dip was a full hearty brunch on this blustery west coast afternoon. Worst pub experience I've ever had. Been in this neighbourhood for 17 years and frequent this pub. Went for st Paddy's day. The music was so loud I had to run to shoppers to get ear plugs despite complaints about the volume from several people. All 3 food orders were wrong and our waitress wouldn't fix the problem. Jolly Macs, more like greasy skid central of 108th. Been there a few times and let's just say the rusty old bucket for my wings wasn't the worst part. The last time I stepped foot into this cesspool I was greeted by an overweight middle aged woman twerking to "feels like the first time" by foreigner. After she tried to steal my hat and the staff did nothing to calm her down I ordered the $10 steak sandwich. For some reason it took an hour for them to heat up the western family hamburger patty and slice of wonder bread. They were shocked when I asked for it to go as soon as it hit the table and I received nothing but dirty looks from the staff. Not to mention that every wannabe Surrey biker eyes down any girl there like a piece of meat, which made my friend at the time extremely uncomfortable. New Years Eve Party 2014 was lively and lead by real D.J. His comments were entertaining and at the right moments. His selection of music was also perfect with excellent sound. I made good choice to come here and ring in New Year with a lot of dancing. It was great fun! read more

A great neighbour hood pub to have a drink or an awesome meal ! They have a huge high definition tv for all sports games .and many other hd tvs through out the bar Friday nights and Saturday nights are exceptional ! Dancing, Bands, Djs, UFC nights and perfect selection of drinks for all your needs! Reminds me of the old wheelhouse days The waitresses are hot , friendly and efficient ! Would I take my mom here? Definitely not. It's pretty much what you'd expect. Pretty divey but chill, and the food is surprisingly good. 35 cent wings are great. I like to meet friends for beers here because they have something for everyone. It can get a little loud and rowdy (if it's game day, comedy night or live music is on), so not great for "family dinners," but it's got spunk and character, and I like our brassy waitress.
