He explained his set up and run around area great and he really seems to love dogs. He was exactly the kind of person I'd want watching my dog and we will continue to use him should we ever board her again. She might have had a bit of a tummy bug when she came home , which is totally normal she did have some poop incidents in the house for a day. But I think it was more her acclimating again and probably had been anxious during that week. The large dogs are kept in bigger crates but there was a dog that could hardly turn around in it. Again, another hot room with just one fan going. And most water bowls were tipped over and empty. Then....there's the outside which had dog poop around and the fencing is in need of repair. You don't like your dog if you board here!

They will not refund our money after providing no services for us!!! NO WHERE does it say "no refunds" or anything along those lines. They've given us the run around for weeks now, saying they'll pass it on to the CEO as they're the only one who can process refunds - we've heard nothing. Again, no service provided and kept our money (and $750 is not a small amount!).

Short Story Jen is…read moreawesome and super caring for all the dogs. I rarely trust anyone with my dog, but after a very short period I came to trust in Jen and my dog loved the experience. I highly recommend using this day care, ESPECIALLY if you do not want you dog locked in a kennel for hours a day. Long Story I own a 5 year old boxer mix named Oscar. Oscar has been my only family, traveling with me for the past 5 years and I care for him very much. As so, it is very hard for me to leave him in the hands of others and NEVER over night. I started using the day care because of my work schedule and also because of how happy he was when I would pick him up. He quickly learned the word "day care" and really looked forward to seeing Jen and the other dogs. I became so comfortable because of his obvious enjoyment that this was the first day care I ever allowed my dog to be stay over night!
