I was in Cozumel for the day and before arriving decided I wanted to try this place out. It was a short but nice walk from the pier. They have some gluten free options, including GF bread. I was excited because I have been wanting eggs Benedict for a while but the breakfast places I've been to haven't had gluten free bread, until today. Everything was tasty and looked great. I also had a latte with almond milk. The staff were friendly enough. I do recommend this place if you're looking for a nice little breakfast spot. read more

A charming little breakfast gem! While parking out front is limited, it's actually more than you'll find at most spots nearby--which is a win in itself. I tried the chilaquiles, and they definitely hit the spot. But the real stars of the morning were the drinks--the chai latte and coffee were absolutely phenomenal. read more

I was here for breakfast today. Everything the family and I ordered was fire . From the s'mores waffle to the breakfast burrito. Two things they can improve on is the temp of the coffee, they were served lukewarm instead of hot and the second was that the service was bit slow for my liking. However, those two are very minor for the quality and taste of the food. The family and I would go back 100% of the time. read more

Don't pass this place by for breakfast! This lovely cafe has amazing food. We started with an iced coffee and a delicious iced tea. Hubby ordered Chiliquiles and I had the breakfast sandwich. His was very good and my sandwich was amazing. A beautiful Brioche bun with a hand formed sausage patty, egg seasoned with green onions and topped with cheese and the star was the onion bacon jam! It had a branding on the bun which was an amusing touch. The sandwich was outrageously delicious!!!! There was a bit of a delay so they gave us a yummy freshly baked blueberry muffin, which was so yummy. Our server was the lovely and friendly Shyla. She was very attentive. We went here after it was recommended by many people on the island. My husband went for sweet waffles and I opted for savory. I had the golden boy waffle. I came here for the pancakes and was not disappointed - they were incredible! Some of the best pancakes I have had in a while. Our server was Esteban and he took great care of us. They speak English very well and take credit cards too. My spouse got the eggs Benedict and said it was very good. The ambience was chic and loved that they had AC too. Jolly is one of my favorite spots in Cozumel for breakfast / Coffee/tea). They have a great ambiance, wonderful service, absolutely delicious food! The French toast is amazing per my teens, the Nutella banana waffle comes out just like the photo on the yelp page. The Chilaquiles were delicious and the chili verde perfect spice! The chai tea latte was delicious with soy milk and vanilla. The matcha latte is strong matcha unsweetened so if you like it smoother, ensure vanilla or sweetener. A definite must when you're in Cozumel. Quick and friendly service and delicious food. We ordered the mimosa pitcher, two breakfast burgers, the eggy bowl, the eggs Benedict waffle and avocado toast. Greeted and door opened for us by the hostess who was able to immediately seat us at around 9:30am on a Saturday. The Jolly Cafe is a great spot for a cup of coffee and great breakfast in Cozumel! The interior design is top notch, with everything perfectly laid out for a casual environment. We ordered iced lattes that had just the right strength of espresso, and the best breakfast burritos we've ever had in our life. ANYWHERE! Perfection. Mexican and American breakfast, brunch, lunch faire with great fresh ingredients and flair. Espresso was spectacular. Priced a little above typical Mexican prices but still very reasonable. We went daily while in Cozumel and Bc it's near our hotel. We had avocado toast- very elevated preparation! My family and I had breakfast while visiting Cozumel. We each had a different entree, and each was delicious. I had the chilaquiles with both red and greens sauce. The red sauce was not spicy, thought they advertise as spicy. It was just the right flavor. The green was very lime heavy, but I preferred over the red. My son had the omelette with chorizo, and man, it was good! My husband had the egg bowl with mushrooms. The mushrooms had a delicious flavor. And then my daughter had the ricotta pancakes. That came with a maple "syrup" that tasted like candy. It was soo good. We all had drinks and we paid the equivalent close to $35.00 USD. If you are visiting Cozumel, I would highly highly recommend. read more

Went here because of the yelp reviews. Not impressed. The braless pink haired waitress who was flip-flopping around was quite rude. It's dark and claustrophobic with no windows. I've just discovered Jolly. It is two doors away from where I stay at the Hotel Flamingo. They are tucked back a bit from the sidewalk so they are not as easy to see as most places. They often put a folding sign out front which should help. Jolly is not to be passed up. It is a delightful place with a Euro-modern interior and nice spacing between tables. The waitstaff person, Gloria, was excellent. She was assisted by a fellow who's name I didn't get, but he was very helpful too. Gloria was cheerful and helpful with the menu, and my friend and I had a nice conversation with her. The food is excellent as my friend and I had different choices and both were first-rate. The menu is varied and offers excellent choices. The quality of the ingredients seemed very fresh including the fresh orange juice and the omelette. I usually spend two weeks when I'm in Cozumel for diving. Jolly will definitely be my new go-to place for breakfast and lunch. read more

Loved this place! Awesome pancakes , eggs, bacon and coffee. One of favs on the island!
