A+ experience from beginning to end. Nick helped me book my appointment, texted me the menu of services, and provided helpful info on parking. When I arrived, he greeted me by name and handed me off to the therapist who would be taking care of me. I was directed to a private area to change and was provided a locker for my bag and belongings. I chose the house special which included the full head spa experience plus shoulder, neck, head, face, arm, and foot massage as well as a variety of facial treatments. Everything was fantastic and it was clear that the therapists working on me were meticulously trained and eager to provide a positive experience. Nick even brought a nice cup of tea for me to enjoy during my blow dry. Aside from the fantastic service, the place was incredibly clean and well-maintained- while the location is quite unassuming from the outside, it's a lovely retreat on the inside, and quiet to the point that when my service was over I was surprised to see another guest in the draped area next to me as I hadn't even heard her come in. Most of us don't have the time or resources to treat ourselves whenever we feel like it, and when I make the time to do something nice for myself, there's nothing better than walking away with the feeling that it was time and money well spent. The team at Jolye delivered the relaxing, therapeutic experience I was craving while also delivering unparalleled customer service from start to finish and truly making me feel valued and cared for. This was my first head spa experience and Jolye won me over- I'm going to make this a recurring treat and never see the need to try anywhere else! On a more practical note, parking was no problem for me at 10am on a Sunday- however, when I left shortly before noon, 2 cars were stalking my spot. Depending on the time of day it may be worthwhile to come a bit early just in case. Also, it's tucked away in somewhat of an unexpected location and is not visible from the street so I suggest to drive slowly the first time as it's easy to miss. Finally, no worries on communication if you're not Vietnamese-speaking- Nick's English is perfect and I was able to communicate with my therapist no problem. read more

I went to Joyle Beauty for their 120-minute House Special ($120), and it was honestly worth every dollar. From the moment I walked in, Nick (the owner, who also manages the front desk) was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. You can tell he genuinely cares about the experience he's creating. The spa itself is tucked at the end of a plaza, away from the main busy streets, which makes it feel quiet and unexpectedly tranquil. While the space is smaller, it actually adds to the experience - it feels more intimate, private, and very well maintained. Everything was extremely clean, and the decor is simple but calming. The service is where they really stand out. The scalp acupressure alone was something I didn't realize I needed - it relieved so much tension. My massage specialist was incredibly thorough and worked through my lymph nodes from head to toe. It started off a bit intense because of how tight my muscles were, but quickly melted into deep relaxation. The foot massage was also a highlight - so good. Between that, the deep tissue work, and the hot stones, it really felt like a full-body reset. At one point, I completely knocked out. I ended up having one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time afterward. Booking is currently done by phone since they don't have an online system, but it was easy to make an appointment. They do accept credit cards with a small 3% fee, or you can pay with Zelle or cash. Overall, such a fantastic experience. The level of care, detail, and value you get here is hard to beat. WOW! The service my parents and I experienced was a 10/10. They kept me updated on how late they were running well ahead of time (wasn't that late at all) which allowed us to plan accordingly. They accommodated us WELL BEYOND what we could've imagined and it honestly felt like we had a private spa session. I truly could not name one bad thing about my experience We did the option for the head, neck, shoulder massage & it was amazing. I do wish they had plus size robes but I just wore a tube top and thankfully it was no issue at all!! I felt zero judgment after the robe didn't close for me unfortunately. Even though I felt a little embarrassed, I was extremely grateful for the staff making me feel extremely comfortable. Not only it's super easy to make an appointment, they are very responsive with text, I appreciate the man who's in charge for the appointments and explaining all the menus. I really enjoy scalp spa and have been going to several different places around OC / SGV areas. This is one of the places that I'd recommend. Everything was ready before I arrived, so there was no waiting around - just straight into relaxation. The space had a cozy, rustic vibe with a light, relaxing scent. The lighting was a bit dim, so if you need more brightness while changing, just let them know. A quick tip for the ladies: wear something strapless or use nip covers for extra comfort since you'll change into a tube towel for the shoulder massage. Ms. Trinh took care of me, and she was fantastic! She was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable, checking if I preferred the massage light, strong, or somewhere in between. Her attention to detail was impressive - she even massaged each finger! The foot massage technician was great too. The whole experience - from the atmosphere and customer service to the quality of the products - was top-notch. They even let me use my own sheet mask since I have sensitive skin, but their products are high-quality, so no worries if you don't bring your own. I also appreciated small details like having filtered water in the restroom. The price was super reasonable for such excellent service. I really hope they can keep it this way while maintaining the same quality. I have looked around the area for a Headspa, most of their full-service are up to $200 but unfortunately without stone massage/leg massage. This place offered such an reasonable price with both limbs massage and stone massage as well, so impressive! One thing I'd suggest to be improved: The facial gua sha massage could be a bit longer and with more pressure - it felt too quick for me to fully enjoy. Overall, it was a great experience. 9.5/10! Found this place on Yelp and reached out immediately. Nick the owner was VERY responsive! He accomodated my party up until the very last minute with unexpected schedule changes. I got the VIP package which included a foot massage and it was AMAZING! The owner even bought me a cake from 85 degrees bakery my birthday - SO SWEET! It was such a nice gesture!
