My first time having any kind of massage. It was very very nice and felt like they took their time. She really worked my neck and shoulders and I feel so relaxed after. My hair also feels incredibly soft. My favorite part was the acupressure massage. It felt like a true spa experience with the relaxing ambiance and dim lighting. Please make appointment ahead. This place is busy. I picked the upgrade mini facial package. Between the mint shampoo and scalp massages, it was invigorating. It felt like my hair was 2 inches longer. Because of repeated hair rinsing and mint shampoo, do expect hair to feel dry after. Cover your hair with a hoodie for couple of hours to restore its natural oil. The place is very minimal and clean. The lady worked on my hair did a fantastic job. I think her name was Len or LeAn (she said one way and the owner said the other way). The place is generally quiet, but you can hear the other client next over the partition sheet snored and moaned that made you want to get up and shut it with a wet towel. read more

They were very intentional about the sensory experience and wrapped me in hot pads, warm towels, blankets, and switching them out before they cooled down. There's small lockers to store your belongings and an area behind curtains to change. The music is calming and serene. The women who assisted and attended us were so sweet, and the scalp and shoulder massages were amazing. I didn't want to get up when it was over. My hair felt soft and smelled great- also side note- my face is the most sensitive where I break out in a rash on a normal basis with products I don't normally use- but surprisingly I did not break out after the facial. The staff were all phenomenal from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was very easy, just have to call. The spa itself is small but mighty. They have lockers to hold your personal items, robes and slippers to use. The service itself was well worth the price and 10/10. The hair drying area is in the back and does not disturb the peace of the spa area which I loved. The entire staff's attention to detail really set this place aside from all the others. Starting with hot tea and snacks when you arrive and decide from the service option. Then through the entire service the staff ensure your not soaked in water, they set heating pads under you blanket and make sure your ears are nice and water free after the service. The message was my favorite part, they are pros. I have paid for far more expensive messages at bougier spas and not felt nearly as good as I did after my 80 minute message here. I came here with a group of my coworkers, and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted with incredible customer service, relaxing spa music, low lighting, snacks, and the disarming scent of lemongrass. The staff is so friendly and sweet. Everything about the actual service was great, too: the massage, the facial, getting my hair washed, the hot stones. The HOT STONES. I am usually not into hot stones for massages because they're always too hot, but they heated them to the perfect temperature. I was all about it. Every product smelled amazing. The hot towels smelled like lemongrass. And the tea afterwards was a lovely touch while we were getting our hair blow dried.
