Great food and wonderful people to serve you lunch or dinner. Their pizza is definitely the best in Forsyth, Ga. They inside and patio dining always makes a trip to Jonah's very enjoyable.

Pizza Florentine

The restaurant it's self and the service were great. If you are looking for a chill spot with good local vibes it's a great place. Everything food and drink was pretty average overall. We ordered the jalapeño popper sticks and it was just essentially a half pizza but with better crust than the actual pizza. The Florentine was okay but very soggy and had to be eaten with a fork and knife as all the toppings would have slid off. Ingredients were all basic, nothing really stood out as special. Jarred Jalepenos, hidden valley ranch dressing, etc.

It takes a lot to screw up a pizza in my opinion...this place hits the spot. Crust is crispy/chewy and the toppings were all fresh. Everything was good and we all enjoyed our meals. Some items could have used a little more salt, but others were well seasoned. Service was attentive and nice. The place was clean and orderly...tables and their tops need some TLC-I know a random thing but our three tables were all different heights and made for awkward plate setting....and the finish is in pretty bad shape. We'd come back again.

If you look at the pictures of interior and exterior, you get the vibe. Cozy pizza joint in a cozy historical square. Great selection of food and beverage, large portions, nice, attentive service. Beware and use common sense if you are on a low sodium diet. It was definitely a cheat day for me, but enjoyed it! We'll be back!

I stumbled across Jonah's while I was in town for a work trip. A quick Yelp search revealed that Jonah's was one of the highest rated restaurants in Forsyth so off I went. I ordered a medium Hawaiian (yes I like pineapple on my pizza) over the phone and picked it up 15 minutes later. The restaurant has a nice vibe and seems charming and casual. The pizza looked great and quite honestly was baked almost perfectly. However, the pie did not taste as bold as it looked. I really wished the sauce -and overall pizza- had a bit more flavor. Overall the pizza was made well but unfortunately a little bland. It felt forgettable and 'ok'. It was not bad by any means but it was not impressive either. They probably have great pizzas on the menu so feel free to give them a try. If I was ever in town again I may try my luck with something different.

I came here while in town for work. I seen all the great reviews and a Forsyth Police Officer also recommended this place. I was seated right away when coming in. The hostess advised that I can sit anywhere I wanted to. There actually is a ton of room towards the back with several booths. I am so glad that I went to the back from. This place is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. I already viewed the menu online prior to coming so I already knew what I wanted. I ordered the meat calzone with the additional toppings: onion, banana peppers, and mushrooms. The additional toppings were $1.00 each which brought the total to be around $13.00. The calzone was around $9.95 without the toppings. The calzone was huge but I was actually able to finish it as it did not contain as many toppings like I would wanted it to. The service was great and friendly. I highly recommend this place if your in town and craving pizza/calzones. There isn't many places to eat around Forsyth but this place definitely hits the spot.

Great pizza. Great service. Medium pizza: $17.00. That's a lot of money for this size pizza.

Great pizza. Wings were delicious. Brought homemade desserts home. Can't wait to taste the fresh baked bread for breakfast.

The Margharita pizza is really good and the beer is really cold. Very nice couple who owns the place.

Loved the food service was good. Only issue was the lack of beer list and the waitress did not know what beers they had in cooler.

They couldn't figure out how to make sure my order was right on the computer so she got the manager. The manager told the people making the sandwiches that I just wanted a turkey sub. We waited for a while. Get our subs and mine had BBQ on it. I asked the girl I ordered from and she said "you saw me ask right??" And it definitely wasn't her fault. And they did remake my sandwich. But my family was finished eating and ready to leave before I finally got my food. Also 1/2 of the drink machine was out of order and they had no clue. We were excited that there was a food place closer to the ball field but not sure that we will be coming back any time soon.

That explains the smaller location, and folks, it's tight in there! But they make it work. Miss Jen at the register was patient and kind. Food is quick and we were satisfied. We ordered the small subs, which for me are perfectly fine, but they are not for the hungry sided folks. The meatball subs were super hot, which I'm not complaining about, but tell your kiddos to wait a second before handling! Needed a firefighter to put that out! Kids meals come with either chips or a cookie. You can upgrade fries for $1.50 which I may do next time. I sampled all the hot sauces, it's my kryptonite. That was nice. Check this location out, very friendly. Cleanliness wise, not bad, it's hard to have one person cleaning and taking orders out of the door. Not sure why I didn't see a manager walking around.

I had hoped this wasn't the norm, but after 4 separate orders like this, it is their new norm. I place orders via the web, never over the phone. So there shouldn't be a way to mess these up. But somehow it is managed each time. The newer online software is still very frustrating to place an order. You have to go to multiple screens for the toppings. No place to put notes, I like my pizza cut in square vs slice. Since their sauce is so sparse, I always order double sauce. Yet, when it comes, it's as if there is less than even normal sauce amounts on it. The outer edges and corners never have sauce, cheese, or even toppings. The rest of the pizza has less than normal amounts of sauce. This location used to be fantastic at making a pizza. A deal on a pizza doesn't mean skimp on the pizza. It should be made exactly how a fully priced pizza is. If it isn't, then stop running promotions. We as consumers are sick and tired of this. I'll miss you Marcos, because when you are making them how you used to, it was a pretty good pizza.
