Pizza was ok. Large roach on floor near our table, not ok. Made the server aware of it. She apologized & then stepped on it.

Stopped here after horrible traffic on 75 thru Atlanta. Close to highway. Super helpful. Great pizza and good beer selection all things considered. I highly recommend this place. read more

Tried Jonah's tonight. Had wings, pizza and beer. Wings were good but nothing standout. Pizza was the same. I was a little disappointed in the soft crust after the hype of the brick oven. The sauce was good and they have thousands of ways to customize the pizza. Good place, just not exceptional read more

Decent, slow, expensive for pizza. They do a good job, we just don't go there because it's kind of expensive for what you get.

Good pizza, simple menu/ordering - just figure out what you want, tell them, and sit back and enjoy. Decent beer selection, very reasonable pricing. Obviously popular with locals. read more

Stopped in on a Monday. Tried the Michelangelo pizza. Great crust and overall flavor. The Cinnamon Rolls melted in your mouth. The manager, Darren went out of his way to make us feel important and valued. Give it a try. read more

We came here after asking our Hotel Desk person where we could find thin crust pizza. We were not disappointed. Fast friendly service cold beer and Excellent pizza. We would recommend this location and will come back if we return to this area. read more

Let me begin this review by saying that Jonah's has been a great addition to Forsyth and the food has always been great! I have never had an experience there quite like the one that is detailed below. My mom, aunt (from out of town), grandmother and I went to Jonah's on a Friday evening to eat. We walked in around 7:45 or so and there were some tables with patrons in the front of the restaurant, so we continued to the back, in order to be able to talk and visit. When we got to the back of the restaurant to sit, we noticed two employees sitting at a table. We sat down at the first bench table and it was noticeable to us all that no one wanted to wait on us. It was then confirmed after hearing comments from the staff. They argued over who was going to wait on us....because no one wanted to. So, when a waitress finally decided that she would take our drink order (after about ten minutes) we each got a water and I ordered a beer. We also ordered two appetizers, baked fontina cheese dip and of course, the artichoke dip The artichoke dip being one of my favorites. We also ordered a pizza (veggie delight if I remember correctly). After a good thirty minutes our appetizer came out, the baked fontina dip and we were told by our server that she was just informed they were out of artichokes and asked if we wanted something else. We said no, thank you. The beer was brought and it was cool, not cold. We tried to enjoy our one appetizer however, the little bit of cheese that was the "dip" has been cooked so long it was stuck to the skillet that it was cooked in. We ate what we could and gave up. When our server brought our pizza to us (that actually did have artichokes on it), we showed her the dip and her comment was "Oh yeah, they did cook that too long."...... The pizza was good however, that does not make up for the lack of service or the atmosphere and attitude of the staff....when we got ready to leave after also ordering and enjoying a dessert but being told that they simply did not have decaf coffee (never offering to make any other type of coffee), an employee literally locked the door as soon as we stepped out of it. This was at about ten minutes after nine.....apparently the restaurant closes at nine (on a Friday). In all honestly, I would have much rather gone to Grits where I feel our business would have been appreciated, the overall meal would have been better and the atmosphere much more pleasant . After this experience and being a hometown person especially, I don't know that I would go back or recommend Jonah's to anyone. read more

INCREDIBLE! Stopped to stay the night & found this place through our hotel. I got the California pizza, which was absolutely delicious and my mom got a sandwich, which she loved! The dressing on the Caesar salad was really great as well! Now if the food wasn't enough, the staff was so sweet and helpful! Literally everyone working chatted with me while they were working and were as hospitable as can be! They made sure we had everything we needed as far as utensils, plates and such and even through in biscotti! If I didn't have my German shepherd with me I would have loved to eat there because the place was adorable!! 100% recommend and worth the stop!! read more

I stopped at Jonah's on the way through Forsyth yesterday as I had heard several people mention it over the past year. I was greeted (poor choice of words) by an individual who could have cared less if a customer ever came in or not. Granted, my friend and I were the first customers of the day. None-the-less, the attitude we got should have been a warning to RUN! My friend ordered chicken salad and asked that it be in a cup rather than on the bread as we were travelling for a bit before we would eat. I got the ham and cheese and asked for a recommendation on the bread. Not happening. The price for both was in the $10+ range. When we got our plates to go, I asked if chips came with the sandwich. I was told they could for an additional .95. Not happening. When we arrived at our destination, my friend's chicken salad was in a cup that you might see coleslaw contained in and she had no plastic ware to spread the chicken salad on the huge piece of bread that was in the container. I fared somewhat better in that my ham and cheese sandwich was toasted (not enough to melt the cheese or heat the ham) but there were no condiments to put on the sandwich. Dry bread...dry ham...cheese. While the food was tasteless it was the service that bothered us the most. Clearly, customers are not welcome at the start of the day and that is fine with me because unlike Arnold, I won't be back! read more

Best casual dining in a 20 mile radius. Service is always good, usually awesome. Food is to die for. Beer selection is small, but covers most palates. You cannot find better pizza between Macon and Atlanta. We will drive 20 miles to eat there. And their home made pastries? Wow. I wish they had more seating, both indoors and out, because they are often close to full. Rarely have to wait, but often it's close. read more
