    Do not go to him. If you are referred to him refuse to go. He will do nothing but continue your pain.

    I had an appointment scheduled, but it was cancelled upon my arrival due to the office not having…read moremy updated insurance information on file. When I called to confirm my appointment, I proactively offered to provide my new insurance details, and I was instructed to bring the card with me. However, upon arrival, I was informed that a new referral was required despite being an established patient with a point-of-service plan. What was most concerning, however, was the unprofessional conduct I encountered from the front office staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rudeness and a lack of knowledge regarding insurance procedures, which further complicated an already frustrating situation. Unfortunately, the office manager was not able to assist me in resolving the issue, and her attitude mirrored the unhelpful and dismissive behavior of the front desk team. Dr. Goswami is an excellent provider, and I have always appreciated his care. However, based on my experience, I believe the front office staff and management need to be addressed to ensure that patients are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve!

Treats people with respect, I have never been to another doctor's office close to how good they treat and care about their patients. Dr is over all the most caring and genuine doctor I've ever had a pleasure of having. He listen to you. Which is hard to find. He takes his time with you, he will go over many plans and see what you and himself think the best for your course of actions. I trust the doctor 100% first time ever in 14 years of pain. Last thing the front desk especially Sharon help me before I was her patient. She stayed in the phone not trying to get my business. But because she wanted to help. After understanding her and how they operate it was an easy decision to come here. I would recommend anyone seeking to have some pain relief. She has come across harsh, uncaring, and cruel unnecessarily. Instead of being kind and empathetic to those suffering in chronic pain, she was brash unforgiving And unwilling to adapt. She is literally the obstacle to my life being better and less painful, but ego and selfishness shined above it all. I am so sad and disappointed by how cool Health Care professional has been. So I don't know how some people have had good experiences with her unless she was having a bad day and did not know how to apologize. Or maybe she's Picky about who she's kind to? I don't know. I just know is that I'm sad and in pain because of her.

She takes her time, listens to your concerns, and answers all of your questions. The office is clean and rooms, although basic, are comfortable. Her assistant Mrs. Mendoza is just as caring & friendly, which is important. Don't know about you but I like a medical office to feel like family and they do. Bathrooms are always clean. The doors from the waiting room to the treatment rooms are always locked so I feel safe getting treatment since in a vulnerable state during treatment. They are accommodating if traveling from out of town. I also love the fact that she works at the VA Hospital a couple times a week, helping Veterans feel better!! If you are in pain or chronic pain, I highly recommend acupuncture from Dr. Kenfack! I hate needles. I squirm getting blood drawn but I wish I would've tried this sooner. It is relaxing (after a few sessions), she puts me to sleep every time, and my back pain is better because of it. Included in her treatment is some manual massage therapy which combined with needle therapy is an ultimate combination of relief. This is a treatment that you have to continue if a chronic pain patient which I am and I hope I'm able to have more sessions approved ... my hope is one day I'll be able to go longer between sessions and hopefully end pain medications. When I showed up for my appointment, after twenty minutes I was told I'm not in the system and they couldn't take me. When I asked why they hadn't contacted me earlier, I was told "We couldn't get ahold of you." Huh? I have an iPhone- no voicemail was ever left. Note that I work for a major national corporation and have never, ever had a problem with my Blue Cross policy in 25 years. This place is quite incompetent and I would say the cancelled appointment is probably for the best. I'd suggest finding a better acupuncture office.
