BEWARE- DO NOT GO HERE! Been going to this dentist for years along with my whole family. They have changed recently and are not in network or something anymore and did not disclose the change. Can't seem to get a straight answer out of them.. they ask every time I go into office if my insurance has changed and I answer but they do not disclose their changes until I get stuck with a cleaning bill that I never need to pay since my insurance pays 100% for bi-annual cleanings. I will continue to gladly make the 5 hour drive to stay a patient at this office and with DrK and his team. What an amazing group of people. I came across this dental office by a stroke of luck. Someone in my mountain bike group had been here and had a good experience. I decided to look more into the place. I found this doctor and team had a large online presence.. I found the reviews and researched as much as I can. I reached out to the office and was surprised the doctor himself called me back and took 30 minutes to discuss my concerns and his plan of action based on the x-rays I had sent. Let me say that I have disliked my dental health and look for a long time. My teeth were the product of my own bad choices and even worse dentists. I had missing teeth. Teeth that needed removal. And a phantom pain that no other dentist could find the source of. When I arrived at the office there was no wait. I was greeted as if I'd been a patient for years. They knew I drove far and offered me a cold drink or something to eat. I sat back and began to take in my surroundings. The front office with Sarah and office manager Vanessa help make things easy to understand and are always available for any questions or concerns I call with. Sarah, Vanessa, Tina, Leticia, Paige, Dr. Fahtema, and Dr.Kutlay These are the people I remember. And I always will. They are a stellar team. And they are equally amazing people individually. My appointment was 2 separate visits. I had bridge, extraction, implants, and alot more. Dr K and Dr Fahtema looked over my x-rays closely and they were the only dentists able to diagnose a fractured tooth which had me in agony for 5 months. They immediately took my comfort into consideration and relieved the pain by doing dental magic. In only 2 pain free comfortable visits I've been able to drastically change my dental health and my smile. I still kind of don't believe it. But each day I wake up, I am grateful to this team for taking care of me as a human and not just a patient. The way they communicate with each other is a sight to see. Everyone clearly takes their job seriously and is passionate about the field and the care they provide for people. Even when they would have to hand off duties, they did so without missing a beat. Seamless. Being in the dentist chair makes me feel extremely vulnerable, but I honestly felt comfortable with DrKutlay and his team. Dr Kutlay and Dr Fahtema and the dental assistants explained everything to me in detail before it happened. They made sure I was happy with my smile and that I wasn't in pain. Dr. K called me the next day over the weekend to check how I was healing. I had the unfortunate experience of having my temporary crown detach while flossing on a Saturday morning, of all days! Oh No, not on a Weekend when Dental offices are usually closed. I called the doctor's office, with little hope a dental office would return my phone call on a weekend. He also told me to meet him at his office in 25 minutes. I did meet him, he did re-attach the temporary crown, and refused any gift payment. I was in there this morning and there was a dental hygienist that was in the lobby with his mask around his chin. He spoke to the receptionist while he was unmasked in the lobby. He proceeded to the back and I asked the front desk person to please ask him to wear his mask because I was there with a transplant patient that has ZERO immunity. The front desk person went back and made the request. Approximately five minutes later we were taken back and the same individual still had his mask off. We never thought that we could get these procedures done in two appointments (for the most part). We both wanted natural looking but *white* smiles. Dr. Kutlay is very personable and passionate about his work. He's very informative about the whole procedure as well and takes the time to answer all your questions. The only part that was uncomfortable was the numbing procedure before they do all the work and about a week post veneers due to teeth sensitivity. My first appointment with Dr. Kutlay was about a month ago and I can't stop thinking about the amazing service I received! Every employee greets you with a warm welcome. I was given a tour of the office while being taken back to my seat. Now, I am TERRIFIED of seeing the dentist. That being said, getting a cleaning had never been so effortless or painless. Dr. Kutlay sat down with me and was able to explain in detail what I needed and what I didn't. He gave me some tips on how to change my cleaning/ flossing habits and made jokes along the way. All in all, I was able to come in, get my teeth and gums checked and a cleaning. I was even able to squeeze in some cosmetic stuff like fixing the lining of one area of my gums and a whitening. Today was my second visit here and I am so impressed. I am an extremely anxious person, so coming to the dentist isn't at the top of my list of fun things to do. The staff is so incredibly kind, they know how to ease someone's nerves and make them feel comfortable. Today I had a cleaning done by Lisa and man was I nervous. But she made the cleaning as enjoyable as can be, created a very calm environment by constantly talking to me and explaining to me what she was doing. I then got a tooth extracted by Dr.Kutlay, which you could imagine I was freaking out about. First and foremost, Dr.Kutlay explained exactly how the extraction will happen and made sure I was fully numb before doing so. Also made it clear that if I felt any pain whatsoever he will stop and numb the area up more which was a giant relief. It was so numb that I didn't even realize when he extracted the tooth haha!! I had my crown replaced by Dr. Kutlay a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier. The last crown that was placed by another dentist was too spaced out and I would constantly get food stuck. Now I can finally chew without having to aggressively floss afterwards. Not only was Dr. kutlay so patient and kind, but he was very knowledgeable and did many adjustments to insure my new crown fit like a glove.
