Went to Jonny cakes for brunch after attending a summer graduation. We ordered the following items Tuna melt 4/5. Enjoyed the taste. The bread was crunchy toasted. Plenty of fries with sandwich. Nutella crepes. 5/5. Plenty of Nutella. Delish. Pancakes 4/5. Topped with powder sugar and maple syrup on the side. Omelette with chicken and veggies. 4/5. Topped with sriracha sauce. Very good kick to it. Service was good. Got our refills on time. There was plenty of seating inside. A chill atmosphere.

We dropped my cousin off at the airport early on the morning of July 4, and we wanted to go to breakfast afterward. I'd been to the Jonny Cakes Cafe in Troy, so when I saw that there was one in Canton on our way back, I suggested it to my sister. I was feeling indulgent, so I ordered the chicken cordon bleu omelette and upgraded to the sauteed apple pancakes instead of toast. The omelette was really good, the cheese nice & stretchy. And the hash browns were nicely browned as well. I only ate half of those things and just tasted my "breakfast dessert" so that I was able to have and enjoy it another day. The prices are a little high for breakfast, but the portions are big, so it's easy to get 2 meals out of it, so amortized over a couple meals, it's not so bad!

Came here for brunch one Sunday afternoon. Customer service was very kind and the inside was very casual and clean. We placed an order of pancakes (upgraded to apple cinnamon), eggs with feta, and corned beef hash along with huevos ranchers and cinnamon roll pancakes. Everything was petty good and as expected. The corned beef hash was more potato than corned beef unfortunately, yet nicely seasoned. Otherwise nothing to brag about and nothing to complain about.

We were staying in town and the family wanted brunch, not a hotel breakfast. This was nearby and decided to try this place. It is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. We arrived early 9am on Sunday morning to get a table for our party. The cafe was full by 9:45am so they would start a waitlist. They have an extensive menu with lots to choose from. It is a spacious restaurant. Decent size portions, all very good. Service was friendly and efficient. Will be back!

Decent food, great wait staff, unaccommodating cooks. The restaurant was pretty large and plenty of seating. We were greeted and seated almost immediately. Our waitress was fantastic. Really helpful and kind. I asked if I could have my French toast made like the Cinnamon Roll pancakes. The cooks said they couldn't. Which was fine. My fiancé ordered plain eggs with just salt and pepper. They did not add the seasoning. We asked if they could remake them. The cooks said they couldn't. Alright! The waitress did bring us an entirely new order of seasoned eggs and added cheese, for free, for the mishap. We ordered the Homemade Corned Beef Hash with an upgrade to the Apple Cinnamon Pancakes. This was great. The hash was mostly potatoes with a little corned beef but seasoned perfectly. The pancakes were great! We also ordered the Huevos Rancheros with added chorizo and country gravy on the side. This was pretty good. I also got a side of the Cinnamon roll pancakes. Those were really good. The food was good overall but nothing special.

This is the kind of quick Breakfast places I like. Good Service. Lots of options. They serve fresh squeezed orange juice. They are right next to IHOP but, I would rather go here. Just wish we would have visited here before. Prices aren't crazy. Giving them a 5 so that they keep their overall yelp rating at 4 or better!

Very good food, it has a nice add on to try the many pancakes in a mini size. I got the cinnamon rolls ones, they were very sweet!

The confirmation text didn't come through until we were already inside, which might be bad reception, but it almost cost us the table. Then they sat us right across from the back kitchen entrance. Banging, yelling, and an open doorway into the kitchen. Off-putting, especially with better seating clearly open. The food keeps the rating up. I did not expect a wings place, but the smoked wings were my favorite, right amount of crispy with good smoke. The sauce list is long and I couldn't pick a favorite. The ranch tasted house-made and it was amazing. The chikin soho was the other standout. Honey ginger glaze, chili dijon slaw, and pickles that all work together. Misses: the brisket nachos needed fresh guac and actual brisket, since there was barely any. The 6 cheese mac was fine but not worth ordering again. Prices were right for what it is, a bistro concept. It's in Wayne, which surprised me since I didn't know spots like this existed out here. Wide enough menu that I'll be back. Next time I'm speaking up about the seating.

I wanted to try so many things that it was hard to decide! I also love and appreciate how dog friendly they are. Any place that is that welcoming of dogs automatically wins my heart. (If you're not an absolute dog lover, this probably isn't the place for you). The only thing I'd change is having more coffee creamer options. They only had half & half, and I personally prefer flavored or creamier creamers, so I probably wouldn't order coffee here. But that's definitely just a personal preference and didn't take away from the overall experience. I really enjoyed this place and would definitely recommend it!

The restaurant is on an extremely busy four lane divided highway/street and this restaurant is next to a La-Z-Boy store (to help you spot it). The great news is there is a lot of free and convenient parking at the restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant, it is a very open floor plan. While there are many TV screens for those sitting near the bar area, it is not disruptive to those in the dining area. The ambiance is casually upscale and pleasant. The outdoor patio areas were closed off due to the hot summer temperatures. There is also a large covered patio-like area where it did not seem that people were seated (or very few). I believe that dogs are allowed there year-round, though there weren't any dogs there during our visit. When the weather is better, dogs are also allowed on the outdoor patio. My friend and I were seated in a comfortable booth and were promptly greeted by our server. My friend is gluten and dairy free and our server was very knowledgeable on how to accommodate these sensitivities. We both ordered the Tuscan Chicken Entrees - I had mine with green beans and mashed potatoes; my friend's sides were broccoli and tater tots. Our server was overall appropriately attentive. My friend found the chicken entree too peppery and I found mine edible but on the edge of being too salty. The chicken was topped with artichoke hearts and feta, which could account for some saltiness. If I came here again, I would probably order something else. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant, though it's not anyplace I would run back to. It was a good experience overall, but not for foodies. It's a sports bar that tries hard to be and overall succeeds in being a decent dining experience.

I was lucky to score a parking spot directly outside the restaurant, but I noticed that there is a private lot behind it. There was a line at around 9, as expected, but it moved quickly. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered. Was it the small size? The convivial and family-oriented atmosphere? The friendly servers? The brunch menu includes the usuals, Benedicts, omelettes, pancakes, and waffles, as well as house specials. I typically go for Benedicts because I've never mastered poaching eggs. And if I see crab cakes or lobster, I know immediately what to get. So, of course, the Crab Cake Benedict grabbed my attention. It came with country potatoes, grits, or tomatoes. Incidentally, the country potatoes were the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, the crab cake was just too breaded for my liking. I also went with a biscuit and some country gravy--thumbs up for both. I'd definitely love to see a little more consistency between visits! The service was great both times, and sitting on the patio was such a nice addition to the experience. A few things I'd also love to see are more drink options, including more flavors and specialty coffee options, as well as decaf espresso and a bigger selection of pop.
