I had spilled probably 5 coffee mugs worth of coffee in my passenger seat because I'm an idiot that can't keep a travel mug closed apparently. Jonny was great! He made sure that every detail of the car was nice and clean as well as the interior. He was very informative of what was going to happen from start to finish and definitely leaves you with a nice polished car! Beware of this company, Jonny the owner is not honest. We called because we found a Groupon for them and wanted to see what the detail included. They asked us not to buy the Groupon and pay them direct, we agreed because we were going to get an interior and exterior detail for $141 (original detail was $300). He came the same day and assured us that our leather seats would look clean again and the exterior would have an awesome shine. We had to leave and paid him before he was finished. He wouldn't take a card so we paid cash with no receipt given. That should have been a red flag. Within an hour after we left he texted us a picture of the exterior which clearly shows bugs and dull spots. I checked our outdoor security cameras and it is clear that our car was not waxed completely nor was the interior cleaned. I sent him pictures of the way he left the inside and he told me my car was old and it would cost me over $300 to get my leather seats cleaned. I asked why didn't he tell me this initially versus telling me that the leather was included and that I would be 100% satisfied because his work is guaranteed. He yelled and said that I wasn't getting my money back and it would cost me more money if he was going to come back out to fix it. He exclaimed that he was here for over 3 hours which was not accurate. I said that I paid him to do a job and not by the hour plus according to the surveillance cameras he only spent 2 hours on my vehicle. He hung up the phone on me. End result, I'm out $141 and still have a vehicle that needs a "true" detail. My lesson, we shouldn't have paid him before the job was completed. read more
