TERRIBLE place. I am a college student so I thought I would take my Cadillac here instead of the dealership. HUGE MISTAKE. They assured me they were reliable and cheap. I only needed an oil change and a new air filter. When I left I noticed my check engine light popped on so I called the shop and they explained it would go away in a few days. My car started making weird growling noises and the check engine light never went away. I was involved in an accident about a week later and was told I needed an oil change. What? When I spoke to the manager, he was very defensive, disrespectful, and dishonest. Most likely takes advantage of every female who enters the shop. Will not be back and I do not recommend! read more

this place would be only good for an oil change was quoted $250 for a $50 part OEM unbelievable when I asked if I could order the part myself and just have him install it and still pay him for labor he said no because the only way he makes his money is by up charging for parts because wells would he refused if I'm still paying him for labor and then he told me to just watch a YouTube video and do it myself so if you want to pay an outrageous price to get your car fixed, I would recommend going to other places and getting quotes from trustworthy businesses read more

I had been planning to drive down to San Antonio for a convention when I noticed a bit of oil dripping under my car. Fluid levels were ok, but I was concerned about taking a 600+ mile round trip drive with an oil leak. Dropped by Jon's and told them my concern and asked them to look at it. They were in and out in about 10 minutes, told me my car had a loose drain plug and they'd tightened it about a half turn and I should be okay for the drive. Didn't charge me anything. I just returned from my trip and my car is all good. Super quick service, honest workers, and all around great for quick car work--I'll be going back for sure! read more

I chose this place because it had good reviews and a good location. I called and checked on prices and availability. They were super nice and spoke to me about my vehicle. They did not try to upsell me and explained what I needed for my car. I appreciate their sincerity and honesty when my husband and I had questions. Other places I have visited did not take the time to focus on their clients or apply just a little more kindness of making sure everything was done the correct way. This is the best auto shop in Denton. I got my state inspection done last week. I went in about 9:25 am on a Thursday. I left at 9:35. I didn't wait at all, they did very fast. I was very impressed. Low prices and great customer service. I pulled in at about 1pm for an oil change and I hadn't even put the car in park when Larry walked right over and asked for the keys. Efficient, but kind and courteous as well and everyone took the time to personalize my experience. It did not take anymore than 20 minutes and the rest of the crew got right to work on wiping down my windshield and even vacuuming the carpets on the driver and passengers side. I needed an oil change today and I gave these guys a call. The service was quick and easy and they told me to come in as soon I could to get me out of a pinch. I came in for just an oil change but they also aired up my tires, adjusted my windshield wipers, topped off my windshield wiper fluid and my power steering fluid, vacuumed the front seats of my car and wiped my windshield for me. All of this was under $40. They were very nice and gave me updates on how long it would be until my car was finished. Oh and did I mention their house oil is a synthetic blend? The total service took under 35 minutes. I will definitely be coming back again. The service was done on my 2004 Mazda 3. read more

This really is the best place to take your car in Denton. I came around 1 for an inspection and there was no wait. All the workers were extremely friendly. It honestly felt like dealing with family friends. There was a fresh pot of coffee dripping in the waiting area. This is a good thing. There's a map of denton and local businesses on the wall. And you can tell there's Denton pride here. I'm glad to have such friendly and attentive service so close to home, and i always try to patronize the local businesses. So this will probably become my go to place for car things. While i was waiting i overheard two separate customers comment on low prices. Definitely recommended. read more

Best place in Denton to take your vehicle for maintenance. I visit these guys at least once a month with either my personal vehicle or work truck. I've had oil changes, A/C work and sensor jobs. I went out of my way to get my car inspected here based off the reviews I read. I have grown tired of "franchise" places trying to upsell services I do not want or need. This was not my experience at Jon's. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
