I called the facility to see if they could fit me in to get a Texas State vehicle inspection. Fortunately, even though it was short notice, they said that they could fit me in. I pull up in my vehicle which happens to be a manual transmission and the attendant says "hop out. I'll take it from here.".I go inside and as I look out the window, I see that the guy looks like he's not moving anywhere even though he's in the driver seat. I go outside to find him burning the clutch and nearly grinding the gears. For a moment I just sit there (trying to be patient) and watch, and ask him if he knows what he's doing, and he stalls. I offered to jump in the car and move it wherever it needed to be moved. He says, "No I got it proceed to turn the car on it and begins back up, but then kills it again." If you're going to run a service that works on cars either you need to know how to drive those cars or allow the owner to actually move it or needs to be. I did offer to leave and take my car somewhere else when another tenant comes says, "Hey, I can move it. He jumps in, but he is burning the clutch like nobody's business". Frustrated is an understatement and how I felt. The car was a VW. Nothing exotic. I would not recommend this place if you have any type of vehicle that you care that you care about. read more

I have done my oil changes here regularly and never had an issue until today after an oil change I had done here yesterday..Moved my car and found a puddle of oil underneath..I immediately knew it was something not done properly.. I called this place and explained it to the guy who answered the phone.Immediately he gets combative and asks me to bring the car in as is so he can see and rectify..I told him if I drive the car without oil it would damage the engine..After back and forth he hangs up. I understand sometimes mistakes do happen but when it does the response is what determines a good business from a not soo good one I took my car down to another oil change place to have it checked out only to find out the drain plug was not tightened .. Had my Mercedes towed in to have my coolant reservoir replaced. After the inspection, Mobil 1 Lewisville told me that my radiator had a leak and needed to be replaced, so I authorized them to do the work. $1,300 later, I go to pick up my car ( which is a 3 plus hour drive since I live in Louisiana) and my hood is jammed and will not open (which has NEVER ONCE been a problem in the entire 10 years of me owning the car). I end up having to leave my car there another night as well as finding a place to stay that night because I was promised that first thing the next morning they would have another mechanic look at it and get my hood unjammed. The next day my hood was unjammed and I was able to start driving home but in less than 24 hours from picking it up from Mobil 1 Lewisville, my car was overheating and completely undrivable. So I ended up having to call roadside assistance and get my car towed to a Mercedes dealer in Louisiana who ended up diagnosing the problem as my radiator hoses. I ended up having to pay Mercedes an additional $1,200 to correct the work that Mobil 1 Lewisville completely looked over and failed to inform me needed to be done that was directly related to the radiator that they had replaced less than 24 hours before. Mobil 1 Lewisville offered no apology nor compensation to help pay for the nightmare of an experience I had with them. I will NEVER do business with them again. read more

Charged me 600$ to fix the check engine light by replacing the oxygen sensors. The light came back up the next day. When I went back "Israel" told me that it wasn't the oxygen sensors, it might be something else. I don't know why'd they change the oxygen sensors in the first place without checking the oxygen sensor levels with the scanner. Don't be fooled by the 4.9 rating on here. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. read more

I normally get my oil change done here with a Groupon. While I've never had a huge issue with them trying to up-sale me on things I don't really need. Today though was different, I walked in told them I need my oil changed and that I had a Groupon for it. They said okay and I gave them my keys. Keep in my mind the waiting area is full and no one gives out an estimated time of service. So I go and wait for my car. They bring it in raise it up then a guy comes up and shows me my engine filter and recommends I change it. So I said you know what go ahead proceed with changing it out. He then just walks away but forgot to tell me they need to go pick up the part. So they lower my car down and I think it's done but they don't bring it around. So I go and ask the guy who was running the front. And he just looks at me all confused and said that they are waiting on a filter to get here. Still didn't tell me how much longer it would be. They don't seem to convey what's going on with your car unless they are coming to ask you if you want to add on additional services. I don't like being in the dark when it comes to maintenance on my car. Communicate better with your customer better please read more

Okay today I got a complete different guy than last time and I'm pissed. Went in Friday and was quoted $265 for a brake job. He told me to come in at 8 am on Saturday and he would have the parts ordered. I was there at 7:55 am and I had to wait for them to open the door. I get in and the guy says he forgot to order the parts. Then he says he ordered them but they delivered the wrong ones. Really?? He waited an hour before taking my car in and it took 3 hours for the front brakes. 3 hours?!! Everyone who walked in got serviced and left but me? No not me. I had to wait for my service even though I came early. Then he charged me over $400?!! Why?! He blamed "Uncle Sam" and said it was tax. There's no way it was over $100 worth of tax. I told him that wasn't right and he brought the price down to $312. That isn't what you quoted me. I paid and left for the last time. I am never coming back here ever again. I had to service my Mazda with a radiator flush and the wheel alignment and I landed here after an extensive research and I'm glad I did. Armando, Nico and Jesse provided excellent service, professional knowledge, courteous and friendly treatment and way less expensive than my dealer. No upsell and good recommendations. Their facility is top notch, the waiting room is clean with comfortable seats and have free coffee, water and all kind of drinks. Went on a Saturday at 4:30 pm and I was out in one hour and half. I took my truck in on june 8th to get a wheel alignment done that I had bought on groupon. they completed the alignment after a couple hours and I noticed the truck drove a lot better. a few weeks ago I noticed the truck pulling to the left along with a squeaking sound coming from the front of the truck on the driver side. I couldn't figure out what it was so I decided to take it back to see what was happening. as I got there I told them that it was pulling to the left and I mentioned the squeaking sound. The guy who tended to me said it was the bushing without even looking at it. but still took it in to diagnose along with the pulling to the left. They said that the alignment was done 2 months ago. And seemed to be "bothered" by me bringing it back. (most places give a 6mo warranty on alignments at minimum). I explained my situation to the technician who said he would take a look at it and diagnose the issue. a few hours later I called to check on the progress and they said it was ready and they wanted to talk to me about what they found. I come in and the guy at the front desk said it was the inner and outer tie rods and the lower ball joints and that they needed to be replace, and without doing so my truck wouldn't be able to aligned properly. I asked them to give me an estimate for the costs and it came out to be close to $1000. I left since I "knew" what was wrong with my truck. I decided just to do the work myself and I ordered all the parts. after inspecting the truck myself I found that the ball joints were rd damaged, and found out that the squeaking sound came from a loose screw that keeps the battery in place. overall, took me 1 min to fix the squeaking sound, my suspension works great and it saved me $1000 of unnecessary work that wouldn't have solved the problem anyways! I feel very lucky that I decided not to get the work done right away and wasn't taken advantage of. go to this place at your own risk. read more

I would recommend this place to anyone! They are honest, professional, and efficient. My experience began over the phone with Brandon. I needed to have my brake pads replaced. He ordered them ahead of time to make sure I could come in the next morning and get it taken care of before I left town. Jesse, and all of the others, were so nice.
