Most people don't choose a theater or stadium because the place is good or bad, they go to a…read moretheater or stadium for the show/game. So this purpose of this review is provide some tips based on mine and my friends' experiences with the Intuit Dome. 1. TECHNOLOGY -- I applaud them for being at the forefront of technology but that also means we are all part of the beta test! Everything is tied to the app so you need to do a few things (not difficult but takes some work) to prepare and get ready. This includes down load the app, set up your profile (including selfies) and payment method. If you do that and the technology works well, it's great, you walk in easily without having to show your tickets. But OBVIOUSLY technology doesn't always work well; I saw many people having to use the line for visitors with problems ... and that can be frustrating. My friend was charged $15 for a pretzel that she never bought (could it be someone who looked like her?!) and she had to call later to have it taken off her credit card. 2. PROCESS -- way-finding can be a challenge as signage can be confusing if you don't know the place well (yes, often things are designed by people who know those things well). Be prepared to ask... 3. FOOD -- food and drinks are unreasonably expensive. If you buy floor (or more expensive) tickets you get to use the lounge where food is free (alas we did not know!) so find out your food options before you go. 4. PARKING -- parking at the stadium range from $50-150+ per vehicle. If you drive around the area, you may find private lots or people who open up their front yards for parking - these options are often cheaper. We found one for $30. A nice, brand new, and technology-infused venue with some minor issues. Hope they improve over time!

We were here for the Netflix Laugh show and was on the floor section. Getting to our seats was the fine, the lounge/dinning area wasn't handled well with separate long lines for the food and the drinks. It was really crowded and wasn't sure if there was any proper organization.

You will walk forever and if you handicapped they use those spaces for VIP parking and merch areas. The staff has no clue what they are doing or where to send you. They really don't care at all. Now, the place itself has a great sound system and all but the top section has good seating. The staff there knows little and will send you to the wrong area for seating. They have great outdoor food from vendors, the inside has horrid food. The seats are okay, but getting to them is a real pain. The stage area is great and they put on some great concerts. It is the best place to see a concert of all the other places around. If they could just get it together and hire people and train them that would be great.

I called the box office with a simple question, expecting a straightforward answer. Instead, the representative who answered, Nick, spoke to me in a way that made me feel belittled and uncomfortable for asking the question. Rather than providing helpful assistance, his attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. After the call, I tried calling back to get his name, but my calls were immediately disconnected, which led me to believe my number may have been blocked. Fortunately, a friend was able to call and confirm the representative's name. As a frequent visitor to the Kia Forum, I expect a higher standard of customer service. This interaction left a very negative impression, and I hope it can be addressed so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

Since there's a smaller field and bleacher seating, the crowds are reduced and it's a more "intimate" time where you're closer up to the field and not herded into cramped spaces. Although they still charge for parking, getting into camp was a breeze and there was no "waiting area" as before to get into the field. This time around you could just go straight to the fields from the gate upon opening. Although it's more improved, I hear they'll be moving again in the future so I hope the next experience is just as good.

I noticed the food trucks, beer garden and had an area for the kiddos to play with bouncies ,etc. I definitely recommend the funnel cake here. Snacks and drinks are sold here as well but I think there's opportunity for more refreshments. The bleachers are covered but it would be good to bring your own seat cushion. There's a holding reception type area when you arrive. It's a little confusing when they open up and let the crowd in. The crowd control does a decent job in handling the lines.

The general seating area is a large rectangle in the middle. Each row is long enough that I wish they would have an aisle in the middle. It can be bothersome to get to your seat or have people walk in front of you trying to get to theirs. They've done some impressive work with the small space. Lots of lighting and camera angles available. You can see a few pods on the side for separate/smaller live streams and commentators. The studio is connected to a public gaming room that has a few computers and some collectibles. It is also connected to a little concession stand to keep people from getting too hungry throughout the event.

Nachos were surprisingly quite spicy but good. Also the matcha brownie was DELICIOUS! The whole thing was reasonably priced as well considering you got an entire meal and a nice keychain souvenir! Would definitely recommend fans to catch a game at this venue if they ever get a chance!

It's fun to walk around the inside and look at all of the banners and displays they have showing the rich winning tradition of the mighty bruins. Seats are pretty comfortable and there aren't really any bad seats in the house. I've been to some basketball games and a graduation here in the past, but this time went to a men's volleyball game. It was fun and general admission seating lets you get real up close to the action. It's a great venue and you should come check out some local college action. It's a lot of fun, more intimate, and a lot cheaper than a professional game.

I recently came here to see a NCAA men's basketball game. [Parking]: Visitors can park at Structure 7 or Structure 4. Most of cars will be guided to Structure 4, but Structure 7 is closer to Pauley Pavilion. For Structure 7, visitors must park on the basement level 2. $17 for the event parking via Bruin Permit. Visitors will need to scan the QR code at the elevators; however due to poor cellular signal at the basement, I had to refresh the webpage once I walked up to the ground level. [Experience]: There were vendors out there giving away free drink samples before and after the game. The stadium had a pretty good view and personally I didn't see any "bad" seats within the building. [Food]: The building blocked off one side of the building for food trucks, so there were some good food options to choose from. [Conclusion]: Unlike Crypto.com Arena or Intuit Dome, game day experience felt like a very intimate experience and gameday ticket is very affordable. Overall I am a fan of this arena. P.S. - UCLA women's gymnastics and men's + women's volleyball are also hosted in Pauley Pavilion.
