After trying everything he could, he informed me that my hard drive was unrepairable but still took the time to walk me through, step by step, what hard drive I should purchase to fit my needs. He saved my important files on his own personal external hard drive (after taking the time to ask me) and installed the new hard drive with a few extra programs that I needed thrown in.
