The standard of work between the Aurora and Orland stores is pathetic. The groomsmen who got their suits just knew a tie was present, they had no idea it was the wrong colored tie. We didn't figure out they were wrong until the groomsmen were getting ready and my husband asked one of the guys if he brought his own tie... This means they didn't even check the suits thoroughly prior to giving them out to their customers which is what they are paid to do... Prior to the wrong colored ties we were already upset we had to make a second trip the day before our wedding to pick up our suit orders that needed to be fixed due to pants with holes in the pocket, stains on multiple white shirts (including the grooms) and one order sent without the vest... Multiple people in the party had make extra trips to the stores the two days before our wedding because nothing was right the first time. All they offered in return for their HUGE mistake was half the money back for the two suits they mismatched the ties.... And the lady saying "she wanted to cry for me". At this point we should have all our money back for the lack of attention or effort put into their business when this is such an important day for their customers. Moral of the story this business did not make my wedding day any less stressful than it already was and if anything gave me more problems and stress. Also, looking at this picture literally breaks my heart considering all of the time, effort and money that was put in this day ruined by their carelessness.

I called and Sheila was very reassuring. I went in and it was about 10 days before my trip with the 4th of July holiday intervening. The perfect set up for can't do. But Sheila is can do. She measured me and then consulted with my GF, the fashionista of my relationship. Then she called the warehouse. The warehouse person was kind of can't do. Sheila patiently worked with her and got things done. Betsy, the seamstress, is equally can do. Once my items arrived she was willing to work to get the alterations done in a timely manner for me. I'm sure there were other clients with weddings and stuff to wait on too. But I was given attentive, kind service that made me feel welcome in what could be an intimidating setting for someone like me who is not a clothes horse. They were amazing for both my stylish son, and my hard to fit body! They had a great selection of styles, they carry their own inventory in-stock, and the prices were very fair. It is a business where attention to detail is everything and they were so attentive- checking the sleeve length, making sure the pant length is correct, triple checking that all the accessories are there and operable.
