I brought a number of projects including a pair of pants & jeans that I didn't want the legs to be so wide. The tailor suggested doing it so that you wouldn't see it. Both turned out very well and were nicely pressed as a bonus. On one top he added fabric he had so you couldn't see through the openings around the buttons, but the button placket was sticked down and I could no longer un-button it. He said he'd see what he could do but didn't think its would be possible. On another top that I wanted let out, he added fabric to the underarm which didn't have enough of a hem to let out. When I picked up an item that I had a small hole "re-weaved", I looked and still found a hole. I asked him to re-do it and he said he would do it quickly while I waited. He said it must be a 2nd hole. He came back with it in plastic. When I got home i saw that while repaired it was pulled too tightly and causing puckering. I brought it back to be fixed. When I picked it up all the work had been removed and the hole was back. I was told that the manager had emailed me and refunded me, saying that they couldn't do anything more for me. I checked for any communication and didn't find anything. Also, there was no refund of any kind from Greener Cleaner. Not happy here.

They have repeatedly left the returned laundry in the lobby and I've had a difficult time bringing it up myself. The drivers have skipped me on occasion. Many of the drivers barely speak English. I tried working with them. They're polite but nothing changes. Today I switched to a new service.

Mind you, I never had any issues before (except when a driver pulled up my phone number from the system to hit on me one time), so I felt like I could trust them to handle the load full of 'fancier' clothing I gave them (fine dresses, brand-name sweaters, formal wear, my favorite handbag, shirts I bought directly from my favorite artists that have great emotional value to me, and even some brand new items with the tags still on them). Obviously, this was a huge mistake, and I immediately called support when I realized that they had dropped off less than half what I gave them. The costumer representatives were very polite and they were able to see the pictures of pick-up vs. drop-off and agreed it was evident that there was a vast difference in volume. They explained there were some issues with a specific driver and that they would be investigating and keep me updated. Fortunately, I received a call a few days later to let me know they had located my missing items and would be dropping them off soon. When I received my missing items, they were all covered in dog hair (I don't own a dog) and wrinkled. I spoke with the representative again and they told me that I could have them rewash my items for free and receive a full refund as a credit immediately, but I explained that this was a very distressing experience and I didn't trust HappyNest not to misplace my items again so I wanted to request a refund directly to my payment method. They then said they would grant me just partial reimbursement, since technically the other items I received originally were returned in appropriate condition. Overall, I thought the resolution was reasonable and that support handled everything appropriately, but just this one bad experience made it so I will not be using the service again out of fear I just lucked out this once. I'm just happy I got all my things back!
