There was a delay with pick up AND delivery BUT Chicago traffic is known to be one of the worst traffic places so I gave them some grace with that. I wasn't driving them my laundry so I can't complain about traffic, they spared me. I'll be in NYC in a month or so and I'll use them again. I'm glad I called cause I got a promo code that was so easy I didn't have to write it down.
