Visited today 3/17/2026, after speaking with Matt the day before. I brought in brand new 21 inch Tesla rear wheels and Michelin PS4 tires for installation on my car. I drove over an hour from Chatsworth, California to this location so that they could use the Hunter Revolution machine, specifically to avoid damaging my wheels. Nevertheless, Matt, if it's his real name, severely damaged my new wheel near the wheel center cap area with the machine that was made to avoid this. How incompetent!!! He lied to my face and gave dull, illogical, dummy excuses about what happened. Bottom line: He damaged the wheel and would not acknowledge and take accountability for his actions. I had to call the police to make a record of this issue because I will be suing. The damage was caused because he did not apply the machine's plastic adapter when he clamped onto the face of the wheel; he clamped to the face of the wheel with metal to metal contact and severely damaged the paint. Everybody was really friendly and did a complete thorough check of my car. You get to select which oil you want and then they start the oil change. The manager, Eric came by later to ask if I wanted any other services like air filter replacements, tire rotations or this special fluid for the gas tank. I politely declined as I only wanted an oil change, and he was very nice about it and didn't try to pressure me into buying. I love how fast everything went and how they were able to see me without an appointment. I'm sure if you go during non peak hours it's probably even faster. Eric and his crew were super professional and upfront about costs. I also was happy that I was able to use a coupon from their website. I definitely will be back for oil changes in the future as the prices were very affordable.

He provided the exact service I needed in very competitive timing. While other places quoted me $300+ and 3ish hours for getting a Pre-Purchase Inspection. He did it in 45 minutes, $250, ran the diagnostic perfectly, found everything that needed to be fixed. The dealership rep tried to steer Jeff away from the problems and made excuses for everything but Jeff didn't buy it and told it to me exactly how it is. I knew my brake pads were running thin and had been getting quotes from local shops to replace…read morethem. P&W was one of the first to respond and was very helpful from the start. Before I could make a decision, one of my rotors unfortunately snapped while driving, and I immediately called P&W. They ordered the parts the same day and had my car fixed within about 5 hours, replacing all four brake pads and all four rotors for around $1100. This seemed reasonable compared to the BMW dealership quote of $800 for just the rear brake pads alone. Dennis also did a thorough inspection, pointed out a few future issues to keep an eye on, and told me he'd keep everything noted in my file for when I'm ready to tackle those repairs. The team there was super communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you need repairs.
