Used Jose's team for: Demo, removing a window, reshaping a door frame, moving a gas line, removing a patch of tile and install hardwood, patching up the dry wall and take a wall down to reveal a brick wall. Reno #2: Bathroom Used Jose's team for: Demo to the studs, taking down a wall that separated a toilet room from the bath/sink room, shifted the exhaust vent, hardibacked / drywalled the bathroom after plumbing (plumbing was done by someone else), closed out an existing door and window, and tiled 3 walls and floor. He said he could come by the following day. (He was early.) He and his partner diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes. It was much simpler than I'd feared, but required some replacement parts.
