EVIDENTLY, we like the same stuff in our smoothies too, because the owner asked if my daughters name was (name) and I said yes! LOL So here's the scoop, the owners wife came up with the delicious recipes and I have only had the Caramel Apple and it was so refreshing. Now, my Mini-Me has been going here practically every day and also picking up healthy juices and smoothies for her co-workers at a local (Auto Mall) so, you have to know, that these tasty smoothies are Certified Delicious!! Now, they don't open until 9:30 am, but hopefully this changes in the future for those of us who like juices/ smoothies to get our day started. I immediately returned to the store and handed the bag back. The manager explained that it belonged to the other customers who had been waiting. He then asked me if I had opened the bag, which I had not--I had only just reached my car when I received the call. The other customers looked through the bag and said they would still take the food. Throughout this interaction, the manager did not apologize or take accountability for the mistake made by his staff. I was left standing there feeling as though I had done something wrong, and the situation made me uncomfortable, especially with the way the other customers were looking at me. I understand that mistakes happen, and I'm not upset about the mix-up itself. What was disappointing was the manager's lack of professionalism, communication, and apology. A simple explanation or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

I feel like my drinks are never that type of cold they were when they opened. The past two times I went in the service just wasn't there. The young girls at the counter were flat out rude. When I asked a question the one blonde young girl talked to me like I was an idiot, when this isn't my first rodeo, especially at this place. Really rubbed me the wrong way. This was my local coffee shop when they opened, but has no longer maintained that title for me.
