I have been a customer since this place opened and have been happy getting my service from them. My…read moregirl karen rocks. Unfortunately they prefer QUANTITY Vs QUALITY. The language barrier is a bit rough, when the owner/techs doesn't understand what a customer is explaining and gets upset and becomes rude. The other issue is what's up with just offering lotion instead of massage the customers hands like every other nail salon. Before they would even massage your back after finishing your nails while drying. This salon has lost its ability to stand out. The only good thing is that it's close to home.

After coming here for over a year now, I can confidently say this is my go to nail salon. I've…read moregotten regular manicures, gel manicures, and powder manicures. My personal favorite is the powder because of how long they last, and my nails almost never break when I have it on. However all three were done well and lasted as long as you'd expect them to. My personal favorite part of the trip is my pedicure. They have a basic pedicure, but I always end up going for one of the spa options. They have a ton of different options to fit your personal preference, but I usually go for the aromatherapy pedicure. It includes a 10 minute leg and foot massage. I tried gel polish for my pedicure for the first time today, and I can say I'm a fan. I'm hoping it'll last even longer than my usual pedicure polish. Every part of my trip is always relaxing, and has me looking forward to my excuse to pamper myself.

Pricey for a pedicure..but maybe it's all the additional perks they provide? Besides the regular…read morecleaning/scrub on your feet, they use warm stones, and some aloe gel thing for your heels to soften. How was my pedicure? I don't ask for anything special, just a french and I've always been satisfied. It gets busy quickly! The staff is very nice and they are on top of the line! They seat you in the back, where you will get your pedicure so you're not standing or waiting up front.

Just going to have to make a list ... I've tried this place…read moreover and over and over again They charged my husband 42$ for a pedicure no polish Flies everywhere These ladies do not speak to you when you walk in, they wait for you to find someone or make eye contact with them, then just point in a random direction while also rushing you to the seat you have to figure out is the one you're supposed to sit in. Not to mention the starring but not responding when asking questions Then I assumed this stuff would wash off after scrubbing my feet or simply in the shower it did not. My manicure same issue after asking three times before getting up paying and leaving for someone to remove the clear coat. When I went to get tissue and remover myself they brushed me away yet I had to ask three times ... Customer service can improve women come to the nail salon for a relaxing escape/day not more stress. I officially give up on this one.
