Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! Some departments have a huge selection, and others not so much. If there are men's shoes I haven't found them. They also don't carry clothing if you're a big guy. Of course, if you want something trendy they've got it. Service is hit or miss. Luckily, they haven't yet replaced all of their cashiers with self-checkout. Thank you for that, Target. My biggest complaint is that this store is large. Like, I think the groceries are located about five miles away from the front entrance. The pharmacy is two and a half miles. Despite that, I didn't hear anything for nearly two weeks. When they finally contacted me, communication was very disorganized. Different techs called at different times, but none seemed aware of previous conversations, and I had to keep repeating the situation. At one point, I was told they didn't realize I needed it back quickly -- even though I explicitly stated that when I dropped it off. The delay and lack of coordination made an already stressful situation worse. I was expecting professional, timely service, especially after clearly communicating the urgency, but unfortunately that wasn't my experience. I did ask to speak to the owner and was told "he isn't available." If you need fast, organized turnaround, you may want to look elsewhere.
