I'll be honest, I went with another locksmith company first because the quote I got through Yelp for them was cheaper. Come to find out the other company had hidden service fees and wanted to charged me almost $500 to rekey my door locks at my home. Then I got in touch with Jose and he came through with the price he originally quoted and that was that. He is a straight shooter, works hard, and does quality work. This never usually happens to me, but I lost my car keys and had no spares. In the middle of a pandemic and it being late in the day, you can only imagine my worry and frustration as I tried to find someone who could help me out of this mess. After going through Yelps list of recommendations and being disappointed that a) they didn't work on my specific car or b) that department is closed and would not be able to help me until the next morning or c) they wouldn't be able to come for at least another 3-4 hours, We found Jose's Locksmith! First guy I called and he picked up right after midnight on Christmas Morning!, no BS! We didn't have our house keys because we always enter through our garage. Turned out some rain short circuited one of our plugs from our Christmas lights and affected the garage door as well. He drove all the way from Makiki and got to Ewa within 25-30 min. He arrived and went straight to business. Unlocked my front door in less than 15 minutes and I was able to reset my breaker and opened our garage. Very nice guy and understanding.
