I was locked INSIDE the apt for 2 days & tried many YouTube remedies. Every suggestion this kupuna tried didn't work to get the door knob off & knob just kept spinning the knob. Trying to depress the tiny hole on the knob & pulling on it did not release the knob. Entered my issue on YELP for locksmiths. 6 replied, I then sent pictures, checked experience & reviews. Due to technical difficulties he had to grab another lock and he noticed my dead bolt and door knob keys were different keys. He offered to switch it to make it the same key without hesitation and no additional hidden fees or charges! For only 75 dollars! After much thought and prayers, we contacted Jose's. Jose, the owner, arrived promptly. Jose quickly replaced the doorknobs and deadbolts on two of our doors. We also requested to have the doorknob locks and deadbolts rekeyed under one key and to have several additional keys made.
