Jose was prompt and on time. He said he would come at 10.30am, but came at 10 only. He did a thorough job of cleaning my rain gutters. It had not been cleaned for over 2 years. He was thorough and meticulous. He first removes all the debris from the gutters, and then uses his hose to wash them to make them really clean. Contacted Jose via Yelp - gave me an estimate for $290 for window cleaning. Came on time, cleaned all the windows and asked for $450. He said there were a lot more windows than he had expected - if that is the case he should have mentioned it BEFORE cleaning the windows when he entered the house. Not professional in my opinion. You did charge me $400 AFTER asking for $450. You contacted me after the review and said that you gave a good price albeit it still stands that you charged me more than your estimate without warning. I updated the review to reflect that you did the work efficiently. In the future, I would suggest you be upfront about any changes from your estimate. read more

Paid $100 to get gutters cleaned on a 1000 sq ft house - not sure what is normal but I was ok with that. Didn't try to negotiate even though folks here said you could - think folks should get paid for hard work. Plus my gutters were hella dirty! Bought the house awhile ago but I am not sure when the gutters were last cleaned. They took out about 4 buckets full of dirt - daaayum! It was raining lightly so definitely not easy work. But it was a bit hard communicating since I don't speak spanish well. We had some issues at first...first day he was supposed to come give an estimate but he got lost and we rescheduled for following day. A bit inconvenient since I had been waiting for an hour already- wish he had called me when he realized he was going to be late. Second day, he said he would be by at 3, came closer to 4. I think he had problems finding the place again but the day the work had to be done, he was right on time. Worked hard, got job done. read more

They charge a very good price, and did a great job cleaning the house before I moved. Jose brought two other people with him. They did a great job with everything EXCEPT one thing that irked the CRAP out of me! I was still able to see dust on the kitchen counter! I took my finger and ran it across the counter and could FEEL the dust and see the line I had ran my finger down. When I asked the lady if she had wiped it down, she said she did. When I said, no, I want it cleaned again and pointed out to her that there was still dust, she just got out her rag and wiped the counter without using any cleaner or water! So it was still dirty! If she had simply used some cleaner to wipe down the kitchen counter, I would have given them a 4 or 5 star rating. Otherwise, everything else, including the bathroom, cabinets and windows were spotless. read more

I've been using Jose' and his team for over a year. They have handled everything from cleaning our windows, to cleaning our gutters and regularly cleaning our house. I've tried a few other services here and there, but honestly, none of them even come close to the quality and consistency of Jose' and his team. -Prices are always reasonable (and negotiable). -Team members are completely trustworthy (they are his family members). -They are careful with your stuff. -They are thorough and they use the right kind of products and equiptment (I never find any strong chemical odors, residue, strange scratches, etc). Everything is always just clean and bright! -They don't mind add on requests (fridge, oven, light fixtures, etc.) -It is always super easy to schedule an appointment, even last minute requests are usually no problem. -They work hard and they do it right. None of that quicky 40 minutes to clean your whole house. (We have a well maintained 4 bedroom, 3 bath home and it takes three of them 2-3.5 hours every time.) -TRUSTWORTHY, I have a houseful of little expensive things that would be so easy to pocket. It is nice knowing that I can trust these folks in my home. That is a big one for me. I am almost always here when they come (I work from home) so I see how hard they work. They are all Spanish speaking, but Jose's English is pretty good and he always comes too. Also, they are respectful in my home, this is also important to me. I do speak Spanish (albiet poorly), but I didn't let on in the beginning. You can tell a lot about people when they relax around you and don't think you understand their language. I write this review is for Jose's dedicated hard work in cleaning my rain gutter. He quoted me a nominal price over the phone but when he showed up and looked at the house, he charged me an additional $20 more. I have no problem with that because if it is an easy job I would have already done it myself. He spent the next 2 1/2 hours working on my roof, scooping up debris that has been collected for years and years. I counted, he actually removed at least 3 bags of dirt from my roof! I called Jose for a bid on windows and gutter cleaning. Jose promptly returned my call on the same day. Jose gave me a very reasonable bid and still it was negotiable. (I had another bid which was much higher) On the scheduled job day, Jose arrived with 2 helpers. They did an excellent and thorough job cleaning the windows, glass patio doors, and skylights. Window service included cleaning the exterior, interior, screens, and window sill. While inside the house they either took off their shoes or wore protective covers over their shoes.
