I called Jose's window cleaning in early June to book a cleaning. He said his next available would be in about three weeks even though I did not want to wake that long. I booked him anyway because he had such good reviews. A week before I happened to call him to confirm our appointment since I needed to take off of work. He said "oh you're a double booked we can't see you." And that was it. He didn't offer to put me in another timeslot, not that I would take it because I could not believe or trust him anymore. So if you think you have an appointment, You might have to think twice about it because he seems to just cancel people willy-nilly. read more

My suggestions for improvement would be to remind the workers that if they moved furniture, to please return it back to its original location. In addition, they should bring their own ladder if they agreed to clean the skylight. The crew that arrived at my home did not bring their own ladder and asked to use ours. I would also recommend that the workers use the bathroom before they arrive. One worker asked to use our restroom and ended up leaving it smelling really bad :( read more

I booked this company based on the good reviews and quick reply I got on Yelp. I have to say I was disappointed on a couple of fronts: - The crew showed up an hour late - The price that was quoted in our chat was not what they wanted me to pay when I showed up; it turned into a whole back-and-forth. - They quoted me $300 to powerwash my house and windows; when the team got there they said it would be $1100. I had to call Jose and discuss this with him, we came back to $300 as the difference was whether or not the team would "hand wash" the windows - What I got instead was only slightly better than if I took the hose and spray nozzle and rinsed the windows myself. It was not a wash. It was a rinse. - The team spent about an hour on my house, its about a 3000 sq ft house w/ 30 windows. That's not a lot of time, they definitely wanted to get it over with and get out. I won't be using this service again; I think there are better options out there. read more
