Josh the owner did the job himself and all the contact was done thru him. So why are you responding and not Josh something is wrong here and does not seem appropriately right. May be Josh is such a scam he goes by multiple names. My record and investigation revealed you are Mr. Josque Poutouondchi dba Josh Rooter Plumbing I guess Josh is still hiding and on the run. He is not man enough to face the music he had this guy Herve J, responding with false inaccurate story. You admitted that you gave me 6 months guarantee work for the job knowing at the time there was alleged problem in my line. Why did you give me the 6 months guarantee knowing that you had no intention to honor the work. There is no way around it you gave me the 6 month guarantee you suppose to honor the 6 months guarantee work. As a matter of fact you just strengthen my argument that you are a scam and you had no intention to honor your work. The 6 month guarantee was to get my money and I mistakenly paid you the money. Ultimately I did not fall for your story that there was additional problem and authorized for you to do additional work. You flatly refuse to honor the 6 month guarantee work. You knowingly of all the alleged problem and you agreed to in the term. I don't know of any threat. How could I threaten you if you avoided my call and only took my call when I call from a different phone number. You are not just a thief but your pant is on fire for being a liar. Josh you agreed to a guarantee work you suppose to honor it you cannot have your cake and eat it too. I hope this review the elderly and vulnerable homeowner will see this and stay away from unscrupulous plumber like you. read more

I strongly advise against booking this company for plumbing work. I hired them to repipe the water line from my basement to my kitchen, and the job came with a 6-month warranty. After they completed the project and I made the payment, I noticed that our kitchen sink was still leaking. I reached out to Josh, the contact person, to inform him of the ongoing issue. He mentioned that he was out of the country but assured me he would send someone to address the leak. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up to fix it. I followed up with Josh multiple times, but he has not responded to my messages. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering I paid over $4,000 for their services. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for plumbing work! read more

I called a different company first and they couldn't get to me for 3 days (so I couldn't consider it done .) . Called Josh-rooter and they came out that afternoon and replaced my water heater . They did a fantastic job and left the site cleaner than it was before they arrived . Would I recommend them ? I would highly recommend them . As a new home owner. plumbing problem was not in my list. but as we all know the unexpected things happen. My basement toilet starts flooding and water starts backing up from my laundry room. My parents sub pump went out in the middle of the night. I informed her that we would have to wait until the morning to call for someone to come out and fix the problem. Based on all the great reviews, I reached out to Josh for a clogged bathroom sink and a need to replaced galvanized pipe with PVC. Josh was able to give me a quote based on a picture. He did an excellent job for a fair price. A 5-star review is what he deserves. read more

Our Sub pump went out in the middle of me doing laundry on a Sunday and my husband was out of town. I called Josh-Rooter he was at my house with in 45 mins and the job was complete with in 2 hours. The price was right and most of all he was very professional. read more
