The people that are in charge swing by when I was there just to open one of the other doors but not bother to even clean the laundry room just to at least make it look more presentable. Unfortunately, after the first wash, there was still visible soap residue on my clothes. I decided to run a second cycle without detergent and discussed the issue with the same staff member. After the second cycle, the soap was still not fully rinsed out. I asked if she could assist by running a third cycle at no charge, given the circumstances. She explained that she couldn't help due to store policy and suggested the issue may have been caused by me adding too much soap, or possibly by excess soap left from a previous user. Either way, she said it wasn't something she could address. I chose not to pay for a third cycle and, honestly, I'm frustrated by the situation.
