Loco Moco (beef patty and fried eggs cooked to your liking, over steamed rice, with mushroom gravy)
    Rey M.

Took my family from Arizona (party of 10) this morning and they all enjoyed the food. Pancakes, waffles, steak and eggs, and the Island Loco Moco was good. Their service was outstanding, our coffee and water were topped off every 10 minutes, and we got all the condiments we asked for. Thank you again to Jolene for her professionalism and friendly service. Ambiance was great, having the Mountain View and the golf course was nice.

Journeys End is one of our favorite breakfast spots at Pechanga, especially when the weather cooperates. When it is not too cold or foggy, the outdoor seating in the morning is beautiful. You are overlooking the golf course, it is quiet, relaxing, and honestly feels like a mini getaway. The food is above average for a casino and easily on par with what you would expect at a nice golf course restaurant. Portions are generous and everything feels freshly made. We love the waffles, they are consistently solid and comforting. Our go to order though is the country fried steak. It is definitely on the heavier side, but it is oh so yummy and hits the spot every time. If you catch a clear morning, eating outside here is absolutely worth it and makes breakfast feel special rather than just another casino meal. Service is also on par here as it's still part of the resort.

Journey's End is a breakfast and brunch restaurant located inside the Journey golf club building at Pechanga Casino and Resort. This building is not attached to the main resort and is about a ten minute walk from the main resort check-in area. The inside of the main building and restaurant is modern and looks nice, with a lot of stacked stone throughout. There is an impressive tall waterfall in the building's lobby. The outside wall of the restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide a lot of light and a very nice view of the golf course and mountains. If you prefer to dine outdoors, they have a nice patio area and the tables have umbrellas if needed. I had the eggs Benedict ($16). The English muffin was toasted well, the slices of Canadian bacon were nice and thick, and the eggs were prepared perfectly with a great hollandaise sauce on top. I ordered hash browns for my side, and they had a nice crisp on the outside. She had the chilaquiles ($16). Her words: "They were delicious". Service was good and all staff members were very friendly. The food was priced reasonably, especially for being a restaurant at a golf course club at a casino resort. If you don't mind a little walk, this is a good spot to enjoy a meal with a nice view instead of just being inside the main resort building.

My husband and I arrived at Pechanga early and decided to spend some time at Journey's End while we waited for our hotel room to be ready. It was pleasantly quiet, which made it feel like we had the place all to ourselves. We enjoyed exploring both the golf shop and the restaurant without any rush. Our waitress was incredibly accommodating with our request to sit outside rather than indoors. The outdoor seating gave off a relaxing vibe--almost like being at a brewery in Hawaii--which made the experience even more enjoyable. We're already planning to come back so my husband can play a round of golf here. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and a beautiful spot to unwind.

Cute place, great views! We sat away from the windows because it was a sunny day and I had my toddler, but the restaurant is nicely decorated. You feel like you're in an upscale hotel restaurant, but it's casual. I ordered the herirloom tomato and steak salad and it was delicious, steak was cooked to perfection and it was a nice size. The kids menu is a bit pricey at $11 for two slices of French toast, but our server made the swap of no syrup and added fresh berries! Our server (wish I remembered his name) was top notch, so thorough and explained everything. Very attentive. Their menu is more limited as they are mostly a breakfast/brunch spot but everything else my party ordered also looked yummy. Parking was a little tight in the parking lot but the parking garage is close. I'll be back!

I had to come back to update my review of a previous issue last April. Damien Ceret, Journey's End Manager, reached out to discuss the situation when it happened. We played phone tag and I finally got a chance to speak to him in person a few days ago. Even though it was January of 2026 and 9 months later, he immediately came to our table and remembered what I had spoken about in my review. He was MORE than apologetic and absolutely made us feel seen and heard. I so appreciate his professionalism and his desire to make it right. Just by listening he was able to rectify the situation and I am thoroughly impressed. THIS is the way you listen to customers! No arguing, no deflecting, no excuses. His kind gentle demeanor was on display and it is obvious why HE is the manager. Thank you again, Damien! We love Journeys End and always enjoy our visits. This time we ordered the Club and I just had to post pictures again because it was delicious.

The restaurant looks nice. I had French toast everyday on the cruise in the summer. Journey's End's French toast was a little dry and not as good as the ones I had on the cruise. I asked for overeasy and 1 was overcooked. Beware of the sales tax They charged 9% instead of 8.75% I understand 18% tip for a party of 6 and more. The suggested tip rate on the receipt is 18% of the total after sales tax. I calculated 18% tip based on my order and already signed on the receipt. However, the waitress made me change it to the amount which shown on the receipt (that's the 18% of the order after tax) Legally, you're supposed to tip before tax. You don't want to tip on the tax that goes to the government. The first receipt showed tax is 9% 15% tip is correct on this receipt $21*15%=$3.15 The second receipt 15% tip is based on after tax $22.89*15%=$3.43

This place is AWESOME and the view of the golf course is absolutely beautiful!!! I mean, some of us probably left on the border of a diabetic coma but it would have been well worth it...lol. The Banana Fosters French Toast was delicious as was the Belgium Waffle. Highly recommend stopping here for breakfast. We already can't wait to go back.

When we visit family we like to stay in their beautiful RV resort. We walk over to Journeys for a fabulous breakfast and lovely view of the picturesque mountains and golf course. Breakfast is always good with nice attentive servers. One had eggs Benedict, which is perfect in every way. Today, I had the smoked lox with sourdough instead of bagels and just look at this beautiful presentation! I hated to bite into it, but I did, and the lox are top notch, fresh, not overly salty, delicious cuts of salmon. All of the fresh decorative toppings from fresh dill, sliced artisan cherry tomatoes to capers are top notch. I had to ask who presented this masterpiece. Bravo to Rene! It's a palate pleaser and beautiful to behold Also special thanks to our sweet server!

Me and my hubby decided to get up super early for brunch on a SUNDAY morning and so glad we did! Because the brunch here was EXCELLENT! Brunch hours: 7am-3pm You can make a reservation on the website! YES: They do have their own parking lot! YES: We did get a little lost because we thought it was inside the PECHANGA CASINO but, it's actually right behind it and you can get there easier by going through the RV park. YES: There's LIVE MUSIC (One Man Guitar Band) FOOD: Omelette station, Poke station, smoked salmon bagel station, pasta, chicken, prime rib, clam chowder, waffles, French toast, macaroons, cheesecake, cookies, etc. Hubby thinks this buffet is as good as a Vegas buffet! lol What do you think? I'll bring my beautiful mom here next time!

We initially ordered to dine in but ended up needing to take it to go. Service was amazing from start to finish. As soon as we arrived and even when we had to change to go. Our waitress understood and helped us packed everything up. I did get to try to latte flights there. To be honest, taste was just ok but presentation makes it look really good. I read another review about the ube waffle and I have to agree with them. I was expecting more ube flavor. It was decorated pretty with the flowers but the flavor just wasn't there. Out of everything I ordered the blue velvet pancakes were my favorite. They were soft and fluffy. The cinnamon roll pancake was for my husband. I did like that they like you order pancakes à la carte so you don't have to do full orders of everything and get to try everything. Crème brûlée French toast was ok too. To be fair I'm not sure if it's because we had to take it to go. With that said when taking to go, the pancakes were still good. Waffle not so much but to me it also lacked that one flavor. My husband ordered a margarita and our waitress recommended peach and she was right. Peach margarita tasted yummy as I took a sip to try it. We came around 2pm and there was plenty of seating inside available. We were able to find parking in the shopping center easily. Would recommend to give this place a try especially since service was great. Also, pretty food presentation.

What attracted me was the Texas Style BBQ and I've read plenty of positive reviews saying the BBQ is legit. Last Saturday on July 4th we made our way to Temecula to dine at the Swing Inn Cafe & BBQ. The town was packed due to a 250th birthday celebration parade. The parade blocked us from getting to the restaurant. We had to wait until it was over which was like 20 minutes. At the hostess station we were advised it would be a 45 minutes wait for a party of 5. The place was busy with customers but the employees did an excellent job in providing great service. 20 minutes later we were seated outside. There were six parties ahead of us but they didn't show when called. Guess they got tired of waiting. I ordered a full rack of the pork spare ribs with smoked beans as my one side. But when I got my food I had an extra side of smoked beans. The ribs were tender, thick and the meat came of the bone easily. It had a nice smokey taste and the smoked beans complimented the meat. I have to admit one of the best spare pork ribs I had in my life. My mom got the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and gravy. The chicken fried steak was seasoned well and very tender. My step dad ordered Large Brisket plate with coleslaw. And my brother and sister in law both got the 2 meat plate with smoked turkey and brisket with sides of macaroni and cheese and smoked beans. The beef brisket and smoke turkey was very good according to my family. For dessert I got the cinnamon roll a popular item, step dad and mom shared a slice of apple pie and my brother got the coconut cream pie. Everything was very sweet and delicious. We were hoping to catch Dean but I figured he was probably spending time with family on this holiday. We will return and hopefully he will be there so we can let him know how much we loved his food and acting.

I will admit that the long drive has something to do with the negative review, but I've driven far…read moreto go eat before and I still like the places. I believe that what I'm about to say is fair and maybe the drive is 10% influence only. I would like to begin by saying that I saw a video on YouTube and it was the actor from breaking bad, who owns this restaurant and some guy was interviewing him and they had the pitmaster on and overall I was like I would like to check it out, might be fun. sent a video to my wife. She liked it and we made plans to go. I live in downey California, the drive to Temecula is about 60 to 70 miles, but there are parts where there's traffic so this is gonna be an hour and a half drive. Do not let this be your decision not to go, just making you aware, but nothing wrong with a nice road trip. So we get to the place and I was underwhelmed by the appearance, I was not expecting the actor from breaking bad to greet us or Skyker to be the hostess but I was expecting the place to look better, the Place looked old was my first reaction. I asked the hostess if there was a bar area and she told me yes, pointed out where I should go, and so we went to get a quick drink while we waited. the bar area was old and is not designed to host people while they wait for a table. Not Necessarily a bad thing, but it wouldn't hurt to make this area a better place to hang out and while they wait, they buy drinks. I do not work for bar rescue show, but seems to me like this is an obvious thing to do While all of the staff was friendly, I would say that two bartenders is probably the area of service where I think the level was below average because it seemed like they were just part-time bartenders or waiters that are asked to be bartenders because there's not a real bartender during the day my son ordered a beer and the glass was cracked and I do not mean a little crack, I mean it was cracked, and he almost drank it, before his mom stopped him. Then my wife ordered some lavender looking drink. It was OK, but we had to ask for a redo because there was a fruit fly in the drink, it is possible that it landed there, it is an outdoor place, but still bartender should've caught it I think. I ordered the Heisenberg drink, I liked it, it was good, I recommend it, but that was the start to our first three drinks, a cracked glass, a fruit fly in one of the drinks so not a good start . The area right in front of the bar, it was closed to the public or something, not sure but not a place to hang out. so I get it, not fully attended but it looked old as well, maybe you can cover it up better? Put something for the sun? Offer some shade. So once we got seated and got our food, the food looked very good.. The barbecue was not horrible, but it Nothing special. What we got is OK barbecue Our order: We ordered a burger for my son, this burger was massive, if you are the type that likes to post pictures of food, it will make a great picture. It would look awesome the reality is this reminded me of one of those places with very elaborate bloody Mary's, that add tons of olives and celery and this and that.....just because you add more stuff, it doesn't mean it's better, so that's what the burger reminded me, just throwing stuff in between the bun. So the burger was OK. My wife and I ordered a three meat platter, got ribs, briskets and pulled pork. And my favorite was the barbecue beans and the mac & cheese. were the meats bad? The answer is "no" but also not very good or even great, it was just OK like I said. Also, the staff asked us to move tables because they were getting a 14 person party, nice and politely they asked and we said yes, no biggy. But they told us we'd get a free desert. Did we get a free dessert? The answer is no, but we did not ask for it, by this time we were disappointed with the food. A spot where our favorite part of the meal were the beans and we didn't bother asking for free dessert, that should tell you,we just wanted out If you live nearby, going to this place is not a horrible place or bad decision, but do not drive all the way from LA and expect the place itself to look extra nice, it does not. and surely do not expect the food to be extra good, because it is not. If you are from LA and end up in this place, let it be because you wanted to go to Temecula, visit the wineries, maybe hit other spots, and this was one of the places that you visited but do not come here just to visit this place. Again, not expecting the cast of breaking bad to appear or to have actors reenact scenes from the show, (even though that would be great) but driving this long for average food and an average looking location. It's a pass for me. To end on a somewhat decent note, and I am repeating myself, but I did feel the staff was nice and friendly so props to the staff

It was cooked to absolute perfection with the bones separating right off to indulge to the fullest extent. They tell you it takes 30 mins to cook, which is well worth the wait. The skin was perfectly crispy and the seasoning was to die for. The meat was juicy and I couldn't stop eating it alongside the garlic yogurt. It also came with a side of chickpeas and summer squash. The cocktails were a nice break away from all the wine in Temecula - but I wished the drinks would be punchier and more creative. The charred cauliflower was a nice order, though it was too "raw" and therefore dry. I think it'd be better lightly fried to lock in some juice. Service was fantastic, especially as the server is the one that pushed us to get the fish. The ambiance is fantastic; we stayed inside but the outside is beautiful. Overall, I can't believe that fish; I hope to try it again when I revisit the area.
