The fitting process included a treadmill walking test and an insole fitting, which I appreciated and thought was helpful. However, the experience went downhill during the shoe selection. My normal shoe size is a 9, but the associate told me I needed an 11. I mentioned multiple times that an 11 felt way too big since I normally wear a 9 in running shoes. When I tried them on, they still felt too large, but I was told I could take them home, try them, and return them for a full cash refund if they didn't work out. After wearing them once to the gym, my feet were literally swimming in them--they were clearly the wrong size. When I returned to the store, I was told I could only receive store credit, not the cash refund I was told about during the purchase. As a customer, I should have trusted my instincts and stuck with my usual size. But as a sales representative, you also shouldn't mislead customers about return policies. That part of the experience was really disappointing. Because of that, I won't be returning to this location. 0/10 experience. The only upside is that my husband is pretty happy--he'll get to use the store credit

I wish I could wear othe colors other than boring black, but my department HAS to wear black and only black. =( Tracy is the friendly ans very helpful employee who helped me both times I shopped here. Last time I went, I must have been in there at least a whole hour trying on different ones. Brands differ so if you have the time, I highly suggest trying things on. To put things in perspective, I can fit anything from a Medium to XL!! lol The second time I went, Tracy explained that they hadn't received a bunch of good stuff with their last few shipments. I was low-key disappointed, but I still managed to walk away with 1 new jumpsuit and 2 sets of scrubs. I space out my visits a few weeks apart to give them time to get new merch. The cashier was friendly and gave me an extra receipt so I could expense them at work. Super easy! Located on Broadway, they have plenty of parking, the staff was interacting with everyone who walked in the door, lots of brands, variety and price points to choose from. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for work boots (and not just small mens size boots if you're a woman).
