Tried to return a pair of shoes but the manger said they would only give me store credit. the reasoning is because the shoe was slightly bent but that was how I got the shoes and they were never worn. Shoes? Great selection and quality... Service? Absolutely worse!! I walked in and was quickly greeted but as I began to browse and walk towards the register, the associate with the blonde braids was notably on a call with what I can assume was a friend or partner talking about all sorts of randomness. It was completely unprofessional. I understand that she was seemingly the only one in the store at the time but the entire interaction made me not want to ask her any questions or request help for sizing. I went to get some CROCS and asked for Rose Gold in a certain size and the sales associate said that Rose Gold is out of style. I thought that was so rude when they had different sizes hung on the wall. I ended getting a different color. I really should have walked out. read more

My go to place for shoes They have some of the best styles and selections and hard to find shoes. I find them to be cheaper than champs foot locker or nike store. You can get vans, uggs, doc martens and adidas here . I like this store a lot . I will be back again read more

We are a family of 4. Two of us are teens. All of us love Journeys. it's pretty bad when the staff recognizes you. My oldest was looking for a great pair of slip ons for her trip to Chicago this summer. She chose the yellow slip on Vans. within a week (and of course right before she left) they began to come apart at the seam. My husband brought her in to see if it was a defect. Jacob the manager was a dream and verified this was a defect and he was happy to replace the shoes. Unfortunately they were out of her size but he shipped them to our house at no charge. My husband shipped them to her in Chicago and she will have them for the last two weeks of her trip as planned. Journeys and Jacob made this family a customer for life. We will go to Journeys FIRST from now on. read more

My wife and I were having a stressful day and the last thing I wanted to do was go to a mall and deal with returning a pair of shoes..I hate malls. We went up to the counter and JACOB took such amazing care of us. He was laid back and handled the return/ exchange like a professional. I was expecting some serious push back since we didn't have a receipt but he just looked it up and get us all set up. He even helped us pick out some good exchanges..we both walked away so HAPPY because of this kids genuine desire to help. Customer service may be a lost art but its not with Jacob. In February 2010 the southcenter journeys went under new management by a former las vegas journeys store manager. Great things followed. $4.99 shoes and limited edition products by the thousands. My husband, son and I were in this store yesterday and it being 2015 I wasn't expecting good customer service, my goodness were we shocked. The young woman who helped us was fantastic! She was friendly, funny, and attentive. She helped us and went above and beyond. They couldn't find one of the shoes we were buying but she kept us informed the entire time! I wish I would of gotten her name she was amazing! Shocked us! They offer military discount too, so the two pairs of shoes we got for our little guy were only 60$ (yes, they are pricy) but the shoes are great! We will be going back again just because of the customer service! read more

I love this store, they have so many cute shoes for children. AND THEY HAVE TONS OF YO GABBA GABBA merchandise! But not only that they have a good selection of colorful shoes with funky prints that will blow your childs mind away. And cute selections for birthday gifts also! Ive never done one of these before but yesterday (02/05/13) proved worth it. I hate shopping and went on a mission to find a new pair of shoes. Journeys was my second to last stop at South Center. This means I had been to damn near 8... million other shoe stores before this stop. The 3 guys working were all awesome! Made my shopping experience 10 times better. I think I was there for like an hour. Not to mention this was the only place I stopped that had a pair of shoes I liked that also fit. Maybe my feet are just picky... either was I enjoyed myself. I've been shopping at this journeys for over two years now because they havr a great selection compared to other shoe stores in south center. The staff is always attentive and quick to get sizes! Highly recommend this store for uggs as well. read more
