While everything was good, the fish was definitely the stand out! I've never had poke where the fish pieces were so large. The fish was soooo fresh, melted in your mouth, and had great flavor. The inside is small and intimate with a few seating options. Service was fast, my food was ready within 5 minutes. So good!!! Definitely a need to try if you're in the area!

The toppings are a wonderful assortment of classic salad ingredients with the addition of the delicious Japanese options. There are many sauces available on their menu, and my favorite are the unagi sauce and the miso wasabi. I haven't tried them all, but I'm sure they each have a delightful, unique flavor! The interior has bright colors around and station where you can order and choose items similar to subways. There is a small seating are by the door as well. The workers here are really nice and have great proportions. You have options of how many scoops you want. Each scoop you can choose the type of protein you want with unlimited toppings but some toppings are an extra cost. I always get the crispy wonton skins, I think they used to have crispy balls but they don't anymore. There are pre made options but I prefer making my own and putting whatever I like on there. The 2 scoop I got was around $20 but it was enough for myself and to share.
