Margot was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. The location was very serene and calming. Her room had a water feature, soft / warm bed and really nice music. She greeted me as soon as I walked in to the lobby and didn't keep me waiting at all throughout the entire appointment. The facial was so relaxing and calming....not only for what she did to my skin, but the neck massage, the aromatherapy and her super soothing voice and words. She knows just how to fully get you relaxed and calm and forget the stresses of the day - which is one of the things I enjoy about getting spa treatments. The Dermatologica products were amazing. This is a high end line that you don't often see at spas, at least I had not come across it in a long time. The products smelled amazing which is important to me....and really amplifies the facial. My face felt so soft and hydrated when I left and I admit it, I kept touching it throughout the rest of the evening because it felt so good. Margot is extremely knowledgeable about skin types, the products she uses and ongoing skincare programs. I ended up buying a sampler pack of my favorite items she tried on me but there was no pressure. The misting toner was one of my favorites and I am already addicted to it. It smells so light and fresh and easily gives your face the extra hydration it needs. And you can do it on your couch, at your desk, while driving.....LOL, its really easy to use. Amelie's hospitality was fabulous--coffee, tea, fizzy water, and a gift bag, plus super-friendly conversation, lots of personal attention, and a totally professional service. These folks clearly know what they're doing and they were so warm and sweet despite the fact I was just taking them up on a freebie offer. I've been to consultations with other laser technicians in the area who were all about urgency and making a sale. That's not the case here. The space is calming and welcoming. Their prices are extremely fair compared to other laser technicians, and their equipment is top of the line. Laser hair removal has been a huge life goal of mine, and they've made achieving my goal easy, affordable, and downright pleasant. It's also worth noting that I saw dramatic reduction in hair growth after my FIRST treatment. I have already referred many people to them and will continue to. They're the best!

The Cool Sculpting procedures are really fantastic as Lynne talks to you throughout the procedure and explains what it does, how long it take, the results, etc. You can use your ipad to watch a show or pick up emails on your phone and before you realize it you are finished. It's like going to visit a good friend for a couple hours and coming out looking fantastic. I love going to see Lynne and catching up on all our family events and new trends!
