This salon absolutely has poor management practices. In the phone call I asked to reschedule, that was the moment it should've been clarified my card was about to be charged, rather than suprise charge me, and then wait over half a year to respond to my review. Honestly, prior to my last visit I had a great cuts, the stylist I worked with on my last visit was having a bad day and sharing a story that had her mildly worked up that she got distracted and cut my bangs a little shorter than I would've preferred. All the communication including from this review has lacked punctuality and directness as a business, customers definitely don't come first here.
