Always friendly, inviting and clean! They paint the whole place yearly and are open on Monday. Jenny does the best eyebrows but all are fabulous with pedi and mani. They never rush you and are too nice to turn anyone away so they tend to stay until 7ish as long as your appointment is no later than 6:15. I was looking for a new place close to work. The reviews geared me to the right place. I made an appointment the day before when I arrived I was greeted very warmly and did not wait at all. It was fairly busy for a Wednesday night. The service was efficient and detailed. I did not feel rushed I was out in a fair amount of time. I really don't like spending hours to do my nails. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. They provided sturdy flip flops not the flimsy ones you usually get. I paid cash and received a discount which is a plus along with a frequent customer stamp card. I'm excited that I found my new nail shop. I really felt they make it a point to provide good customer service which I appreciate. My last several visits at another shop have been over priced and overall sloppy. You'll find it next to the laundromat. read more

Came here for a year and never had bad service until my last visit. Walked in at 10:05 am (5 min after opening) and they were full with what looked like people being worked on for awhile. Two ladies waiting and I was told it would be a 2 hour wait, so I asked if I could return in 2 hours and be taken, they said no, so I said I would wait (graduation was the next day so it was urgent). Seemed like they didn't like that very much. As I waited, the lady next to me said she got there 15 minutes before opening (9:45 am) and people were already being worked on... how's that if they open at 10? If they open earlier, they should post that; had I known, I would've gotten their earlier. Within 30 minutes they seat me at the table, a new girl comes within a few minutes and starts taking off my gel, I tell her to keep the shape and not short ( I have natural long/strong nails). She cuts too short and continues... at this point, all she did was remove my gel, and cut/file my nails and they move me to the pedicure chair. The girl doing my nails doesn't follow me and instead starts working on someone else... about 10 min go by and ask someone if that girl is going to continue my nails while I'm getting my pedicure, (while other girls have come in and immediately get 2 girls to work on them simultaneously) and she says, "she's just fixing her nails, she'll be right back." Well, she comes back to help me 15 min later (at this point I'm annoyed) and she doesn't even continue where she left off... she brings out the gel light and is ready to paint my nails. Ummm, all she's done was remove gel and cut/file... what about the rest of my manicure? So I say something and ask if she's gonna do my cuticles etc. and she acted as if I cursed at her and she said she'll do it after she paints my nails. I was so unhappy and asked the tall lady (that always looks bitchy/stuck up) if I could get someone else to help me since I was already unhappy she cut short and didn't give me a full manicure and her response was so rude and responded "well you should've told her you didn't want them short", I did tell her that! and she continues "I told you it was going to be a 2 hr wait and you got in" as if she was doing me this huge favor by taking me... I responded, "yes, I know, and I would've waited." (Once I got taken, people coming in were being helped right away/minimal wait, so not sure why the attitude). All I wanted was someone new to continue my manicure since I wasn't happy with the way it was going. They were all so rude and refused to assist me and make the customer happy, especially someone they've seen often the last year. RESULT: I told her if the original girl was going to continue, then to leave my nails alone and I'll go somewhere else to get it done. And they were completely ok with it. I left with my unfinished nails and paid for my pedicure. Wish they had resolved the issue and assigned me a new nail tech. They had girls available to do so and had they asked, I would've been happy to wait for someone. Never going back to this place. read more

The prices are more affordable but it's been exactly one week and my gel manicure is peeling. Nice people but I don't think we'll be going back. We called asking if they were busy and they said no and for us to come so we did. Waiting over an hour to be helped after they said 15 minutes. It was nice they spent over an hour doing our nails but still had a bunch of dead skin on the bottom of my feet. I told them the water was too hot for my feet and all she did was turn it off. Not to mention so left the sides of my nails unpainted and a lot of air bubbles. read more

So I went to this place because my daughter recommended. When I left the place on Monday a week ago my nails look nice however on Friday one of my nails broke and then on Sunday the other broke. I went back to show them the work that was done on my nails mind you I was not in any way rude nor confrontational and I'm going to say it's the owner of the place was very offended that I actually went back to tell them that the job that they did was not good. I thought maybe it was just a slip on the person who did my nails because my daughter's nails look great and I told him that but the owner was not happy with my comment mind you I had to leave the place with 2 Nails half done and I ended up going back to my regular nail place on Whittier Boulevard "Nails Nails Nails".I will never ever go back to this place they made me feel as if I was just there to complain and get a free fill or replacement have no idea what they were thinking I was trying to get. I'm only sad because my daughter recommended this place and said it's so great and unfortunately it is not. They really neex to get their business ethics in order.
