Do not trust these people!…read more The owner, Ken gave us a bid to buy our office furniture and three times in a row promised to have a crew here to pick it up and no one showed. No apologies and now we can't even get a call back. This puts us in a bind with our landlord as our lease is up. But wait, there is more -- his customer showed up and left with 14 chairs and we have yet to be paid inspite of repeated calls. We are about to turn this over to our attorney if it doesn't get resolved soon. Here's an update. I used my wife's phone as my number wasn't getting a response and received a call from Alexander Lopez who said he would take this to operations manager Freddy Guiterrez. She let us take some fabrics to compare at home so we could get the right color and drew everything out for us. We loved working with her to get the perfect couch. Elizabeth on the other hand was a little more difficult. We called afterwards to get some clarification and make some adjustments but she kept talking over us instead of listening to what we wanted. She remained professional, but it was just hard to convey to her what we wanted. We luckily got it sorted out and then Erin confirmed the changes the next day. Deb in customer service is another exceptional person to work with. There were some discrepancies that did not match what we wanted when we got our delivery but she was very easy to work with and quickly resolved our concerns. Overall, we love our sectional. The design with the size and color and materials fit our place to the T. Highly recommend and it will cost you so much less than what the designer places will cost you.

Smaller items can still be good depending on luck, and once in a while you can find a great deal and quality piece. However, I strongly do not recommend using their referred delivery service, 123 Moving. 123 Moving was recommended by the RH Outlet store since they don't offer delivery for large furniture purchases. I contacted 123 Moving by text to arrange a home delivery just a few miles from the store. From the start, their quoted price was on the high side, but I was open to discussing it.Unfortunately, the owner's attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wasn't even trying to lowball the service, yet he responded with a "take it or leave it" tone. When I offered a fair and reasonable price, he said they could deliver but only curbside -- meaning I'd have to carry the furniture inside myself. After that, he simply stopped replying altogether. This kind of customer service deserves zero stars. A professional owner could have handled this so much better -- even a simple "let me see what I can do" would have shown respect and effort. In the end, I went with another delivery company also referred by RH Outlet, and they were excellent -- great communication, fair pricing, and reliable service.Thumbs down for 123 Moving.
