His pricing is fair, he's incredibly flexible (which I really appreciated since I'm picky about design), and his crew was always clean, and respectful. I had purchased a single quartz slab to use for both the pantry and bathroom counters, and Richard went above and beyond to ensure that not an inch was wasted. In fact, he even surprised us with a cutting board made from the final remnant--such a thoughtful touch that shows how much he cares about delivering value. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom. We're so happy with how our pantry turned out--it looks like it belongs on a HGTV design show.

We're in the middle of moving into and remodeling/ renovating our home. The house has beautiful…read morehard wood and stone floors but the bedrooms, closets, stairs and this kind of funky, stand alone, third floor room have such gross old carpeting in them. So our first plan of action is obviously getting rid of the carpet flooring and putting wood flooring in the rooms and marble in the closets. The funky room isn't fully enclosed and has pony walls going around the front half of it that overlook part of the house- mainly the living room- we had the idea of turning this into a playroom for our little one and really wanted to get it done by his birthday- problem we had less than a week to get everything done. We found G&A flooring- called- spoke to Brandon and told him our situation, he said okay hold on let me call you right back- he moved some stuff around- we went in the following day found a gorgeous light natural colored wood flooring that even had the slightly knotted look I wanted and two days before our little one's birthday they'd installed the wood flooring and they did an AMAZING job! The team he sent literally stayed from morning until almost 8pm to finish the job including new baseboards and painting them. We have now used them to do another room in the house, redo a staircase landing where a mini demo had to happen because of a leak and the guys who did the demo absolutely destroyed the wood flooring- we found 5 XL planks in our garage left over of the original flooring and G&As guys cut these to a T, without even a scrap left and did an AMAZING job at putting the floor back together and making it look like nothing had happened. They also just laid the marble down in both master bedroom closets and omg the difference it's made. They are EXTREMELY fair priced I cannot tell you how many joke companies have come in seen our home and tried to absolutely rob us- telling us the wood they're using is the highest quality stuff in "the game" right now and with installation and the rush installment they could do a room for $15,000. LMAO. I told this to Brandon and he not only told me the flooring they were trying to install was basically shit but he can install actual high quality wood done at unbelievably fair pricing- $2,000 for everything- materials, flooring, new baseboards and painting them, labor- everything. Four other companies with the same product gave us bids ranging between $3,900-$7,000 and then the obvious psycho with his crap material and his $15,000 bid lol Brandon also goes the extra mile with his clients-since Marble is one of the most expensive floorings to have done, he came out to our home a few days before the job and measured the areas to a T to make sure he didn't order a box over what we needed to keep the price as low as possible. We'll never not go to this company and this is after going to 11 different companies altogether in the area. G&A always has the most competitive/ fairest pricing, beautiful flooring (what we're looking for every time!) and gets jobs done within a week tops (usually only a few days) of having chosen the flooring. G&As teams that do the installations are also all amazing guys, hard workers, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and they even fixed a door frame for us today free of charge. Absolutely recommend these guys and looking forward to them finishing the rest of our house. Thank you for everything!

I was really worried that a dark color would be hard to keep clean but the color is so beautiful I couldn't pass it up. Keeping it clean is actually amazing - you only need to use a dust mop and a bona wet mop pad dampened with warm water and it cleans up quickly and easily. Kevin at G&A was great to work with - he met all of his commitments, he came in before, during and after install. The install team was very efficient and did a great job. The baseboards also look fantastic. Kevin was so helpful in suggesting a solution for a design issue we had with the stair landing and it came out great. There was a small issue after install that required the install team to return and replace a portion of the floor. Kevin and the install team took care of this the very next day, and the repair was seamless. I really appreciated Kevin's attention to the project from start to finish. I highly recommend G&A flooring.

While we did have lots and lots of these issues with our upstairs flooring company (I'll spare you the gory details), Bella stepped in and saved the day. Luckily, we had hired Bella to do a rather small job but quickly fell in love with their project manager, Carlos. Not only did we have them take over the rest of the flooring installation, but my husband and I loved their work so much and enjoyed all of our interactions with them, that we just kept adding to our remodel! To be more specific: Bella was dependable and prompt- Carlos texted me every single night to give me their ETA for the following day and his workers were here on time and without fail. Bella communicated clearly- all work was written down and discussed and any hiccups (there will always be hiccups!) were addressed quickly and resolved (Carlos always said, "There are no problems, only solutions"). Bella was detail oriented and took pride in their work- Luis (who did all our cabinets) is a rare master craftsman. And although this doesn't seem all that important, the entire Bella family was just nice- like really, genuinely nice and it made trying to live through a remodel with a cat, a dog, and an unhappy twenty-something year old much more bearable. I recommend Bella Kitchen and Bath without reservation and look forward to working with them again in the near future. Work done: Bella remodeled our kitchen, downstairs bath, installed all of our downstairs flooring, gutted and redid our laundry room, designed and installed new hallway cabinets, hung chandeliers, and more! https://photos.app.goo.gl/ishCoNygXer81pgc7

They listened to me and I listened to them, and the end result is a beautiful bathroom that makes me very happy! In the beginning I was told three weeks for completion of the bathroom remodel. It was exactly that. Once they start the project, they do not leave. There was someone at my house everyday. Carlos, Project Manager, contacted me daily with the next day's schedule. His team arrived at 7:00 a.m. everyday, along with Carlos. Carlos arrived on a daily basis which gave me the opportunity to ask any questions of him which could be handled immediately. He was also always available via text message with an immediate response. Anytime I visited the store, Jason, as well as the other Consultants, was always available to find samples, offer suggestions; a very friendly and helpful environment. I was impressed with the hard work from each team member working on my project. The fact that Bella is local, Mission Viejo, I will be able to walk into their store with any future problems and they will help; not that I anticipate any. The initial line item quote was accurate with no additional surprises along the way. The bathroom remodel went as originally presented. I am very happy! I would definitely recommend and hire Bella for any future work! Pam Miles

We converted an old bathtub into a modern walk-in stall shower, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was quick, incredibly clean, and very patient, taking the time to answer questions and make sure everything was done exactly right. Most importantly, they delivered on time and on budget, which is rare and deeply appreciated with home remodeling projects. The quality of the work really stood out. The tile work was beautiful and precise, the custom cabinetry was well-made and elegant, and the sink and countertop choices were lovely and high quality. Every worker who came into our home was professional, skilled, and clearly top-level at what they do. They were also exceptionally clean and respectful of our home. Floors were fully protected with paper and coverings throughout the project, and they cleaned up thoroughly every single day. All-in, the cost for tile, custom cabinet, countertop, and labor was $15,000, which we felt was a great value for the level of craftsmanship, materials, and service we received. Because the experience was so positive, we are now working with them on our master bathroom as well--which says everything about our level of trust and satisfaction. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented kitchen or bath remodeler, Unique Kitchen and Bath is an excellent choice. Ask for Ron -- he's really the best and Ray our assigned Project Manager was phenomenal in coordination and attention to detail!
