I joked and said I am going to bounce on every bed to determine what we want. Diego said no problem and had a sense of humor. He then took us to this machine and asked us a bunch of questions. Then he had us lay on a mattress that weighed us and did some crazy diagnosis. It determined what type of mattresses would be suitable for our needs. The first mattress felt like I was laying in a cloud. We tried a bunch of other mattresses afterwards but the first mattress was the best. I don't know the correct terminology but we are able to adjust this mattress to go up at an angle at both ends. What ?!? Diego made the process easy and painless. We were in and out within an hour. And we got out mattress delivered the next morning!! Talk about service !! I can't wait to watch a movie in bed propped up with a glass of wine !!

We bought a Lexington/Tommy Bahama dining table with eight chairs, we bought two high-end carpets, and we bought four Lexington/Tommy Bahama barstools with custom upholstery. There were countless problems on delivery of product, including delays, claims of shortages and much more. But the greatest issue we had was defects in the centerpiece of all it - the dining table itself. Twice the dining table that we selected was provided to us with huge areas of the table top that had not been finished. When we pointed these things out at the point of delivery, we were encouraged to give the service team a chance to make corrections. This process was always difficult and took a long time, and the end did not fix the problem. Two separate tables were delivered, both had similar issues and in neither instance was the service team able to make any correction. When it came time for a third table, we followed the suggestion of their team and chose another model of table, which arrived after a considerable time. When the third table was delivered, it was immediately clear that the table was too short - it would not allow the armchairs to be slid under the table and gave inadequate clearance between the seat of the side chairs and the side of the table itself. We objected immediately, and were told to give their service staff an opportunity to address the matter. A few weeks later, their service rep suggested that we cut off one or two inches off of each of the legs on all eight of the chairs. When we asked that they look for other options, he stated that he would request approval to put risers under the four table legs. That's when the folks of Woodbridge stopped communicating. We had to chase them, we couldn't get return calls, the sales person and the branch manager both had left the store, and no one was available to help. In the end, after weeks and weeks, we got an email from Woodbridge - not even a phone calll - telling us there was nothing that they could do and that the matter was closed. We are now seeking return of all of the product and return of all our money. The folks at Woodridge have been amazingly quiet, especially considering how much they called us in pursuit of us when we were potential customers. I cannot recommend Woodbridge interiors at all. You can pay for a premium product at Woodbridge, but their Customer Service is absolutely miserable. Latest update: after weeks of silence Woodbridge is responding by: a. denying any responsibility for suggesting products that are incompatible, b. stating it will do nothing to address the problems they created, and, c. warning that if I try to do anything to address the issues all warranties on our purchases will be voided.

We got the adjustable base as well as told her we would be attaching a new headboard to this base , she said it wouldn't be a problem . It was delivered to my house the next couple of days and the bed could NOT be attached to the new headboard per the set up guys that we paid $149 to have the new bed set up . Ok now I called Diane but she wasn't there and her associate helped me and ordered some parts that the driver said we now needed brackets that were an extra $99.00 to attach the headboard to the adjustable bed frame ( WHAT )?? Shouldn't Diane the manager have known this ?? Ok we paid the now extra $99 to get the headboard brackets sent out to us and guess what the delivery hit from Mattress Firm came in and looked at the bed frame for me and said these are the wrong ones she ordered and normally these are non refundable- however for me to take his picture delivering these and call the store on Monday AM when the store manager will be back Diane and explain to her these are wrong . I did call and thankfully Diane did agree but said the driver should have taken the box with him , not my fault . She went and called the warehouse to ensure the right ones were ordered for my moms base and she sent them Our asap by the company and had them put on for us by the installers free of charge for the inconvenience- I felt this was what real CS is and myself had worked in CS for over 25 years myself is what I too would have done . Good job Diane so thank you to Diane and the Driver that took good care and that came in my house to check to see that the brackets were wrong so I didn't hire a Handiman and waste my moms money yet again. My mom loves her bed as of yet it's Nov 8th and she has been sleeping in her new bed for exactly 3 weeks as she just moved in with me yeah !! After having them for a few days, we decided we'd like to have the matching media table. For the table, we went to Steve's store since that was closer to our home. Although we were ready to pay for the table, he remembered that we had bought it (from the other location) during a weekend promotion that had offered the table for free. This was a $350 value! So he took his time looking into it while we were there, and ultimately, he was able to honor that deal, a deal that the other salesman hadn't even mentioned to us (!) I really appreciate his straightforward and honest manner. My wife decided to purchase a nice office chair while we were picking up the table.
