They walked me through all the pricing, kept me up to date on what would be expected from the city for inspections, gave me accurate timelines, and even installed 3 exterior outlets for us, and they did it all very quickly. After the modern breaker panel was installed, they patched/repaired our stucco and painted it to match the house - We can't even tell anything had been done. They even left me the leftover paint matching our exterior. The work is excellent all around. Most importantly - I accidentally overpaid Ismart by $1000, and the owner contacted me to inform me of this, and promptly refunded me my overpayment. I needed to upgrade my electrical panel from 100A to 200A and have it EV-ready. I contacted several local electricians and received a few quotes, but most of them were extremely expensive. Dang Khoa from DK Electrical Services gave me a complete quote by text, including the panel replacement, installation, permits, and the full cost of the job. He came out on a Saturday to confirm everything in person, and his quote was the lowest I received. He even included the stucco repair after the new panel was installed. What really impressed me was how quickly everything came together. By Tuesday, the city and electric company had already completed their part and unlocked my meter so Dang could move forward with the installation. I had Dang come out that Saturday, and he completed the entire job in one day. He worked pretty much nonstop to get everything finished. By Monday, the city came out and approved the work. For a project this involved, having everything completed and approved in basically one week was incredibly impressive. Dang clearly knew exactly what needed to be done and understood all the steps involved with the permits, utility company, city inspection, and installation. If you're looking for an electrician who offers a fair price, does quality work, and knows what he's doing, I highly recommend DK Electrical Services. In fact, he's already working on my brother's home to replace his electrical panel as well. Other companies either told me what I wanted wasn't doable or flaked on the scheduled appointment. I told Jody I needed a Tesla Wall Mounted into the garage. it was a complicated process because of old panels but the work around was to make a sub panel dedicated to the EV Charger. I asked if he can slide me in his busy schedule rather than waiting a week. He asked why I was in a hurry to get it done and I told him "I HATE CHARGING AT SUPER CHARGERS and I'm off on Thursday" ....
