    Pork Kimchi Breakfast Wrap
    Yousef K.

Small cafe in a small town but such good food. 4/5 stars because I think just a little more flavoring would have made a spectacular sandwich. - The salmon bagel need just some salt but maybe I would've got that if I get an everything bagel instead of plain - Pork Kimichi breakfast wrap needs some soy sauce or kimchi brine on the pork to complete it. The breakfast menu was different than the one online, some things were unavailable and some things were added. The people working there are very nice and care about what they're making, making sure every customer is happy. Probably 2-3 tables to sit inside because it's not a big location but has more to offer. They have lunch foods and they have a bunch of pastries in a display by the register if you want to come in just for coffee and a crossiant. I would recommend going to this place if you're anywhere close or hiking up in this area for sure!

What a cozy delicious place! Medium-sized menu of breakfast and lunch items to satisfy all types of tastes, including vegan and gluten free! Delicious sandwiches with supreme bread. Salads and Pad Thai were great! Generous portions! Accommodated allergies and cooks to order. Fancy coffee stuff and yummy pastries. Plus generous and friendly service! We will be back

Nice little small town café that serves up a variety of food, baked goods, coffee, tea and even beer and wine. The staff is very friendly, there are a few tables for dining in, and there are parking spaces on either side of the building. I highly recommend getting the JP Breakfast Burrito or the Smoked Salmon on a bagel. Both are incredibly delicious.

Happy to find a local coffee spot that's near my inn. Nice selection of pastries and lunch menu. Coffee is always good - will have to come back to try a food item from the lunch menu.

We arrived and sat outside on the terrace. The road nearby was not too loud and the terrace was great shade on a warm day. We ordered gazpacho, ratatouille, onion soup, and clams linguini. Importantly, I almost NEVER order clams at restaurants. My family and I dig and eat at least a thousand clams a year in Rhode Island and I always assume and expect that no place can prepare them as well or as freshly. When the dish arrived I saw three cherrystones on top and figured this would be a small plate for a big price. I was completely wrong. The dish was better than anything I've made or had out. Full of tender chopped clams, the flavor and sauce were superb and the bread was excellent. We finished the meal with the pastry desert (cream puff with ice cream and chocolate sauce) and a merengue floating on a vanilla sauce. Both were wonderful. The service was great- Emelina (?) was very attentive and gave us spot on advice (and some basic French lessons) with a smile. The owner, Rober, also stopped by to make sure our experience was good. I would recommend strongly to anyone in the area who appreciates fine dining without too much fuss or to anyone wondering what French food is really like.

Everyone seems to use pretty much the same recipe with some slight variations. The muffins I had here were weird. I don't know what that dominant spice they used is but it was really kind of awful. Weird is just the only word I can think of to describe it. And the muffin was not dense at all. It kind of fell apart when you bit into it. I took a "sour cherry" pastry home snd it was ok. The apricot scone was bleh. I think this place will be a skip in the future.

However, they were out of a lot of bakery items by noon, so I'd recommend getting there early on the weekends. I went for the Smoked salmon bagel, and I kid you not, it was a religious experience. By far, the best jalapeño cheddar bagel I've ever had. I don't know how they made it but angels most definitely had to be involved. Order it with the scallion cream cheese and pay the extra $0.50 for the capers, it's worth it. I don't live in the area, so I will pray to the food gods to present me with an opportunity to return & eat that sandwich again.
