They swore that it is fine, so we called the architect who did the designs and the architect had them re-do the whole roof line. The sub-contractor they used was terrible. Crooked wall, corner is not 90 degree, used the cheapest materials. Worst was that because the contractor and sub-contractor had a dispute, we became the victim. Sub-contractor put a lien on our house for $10,000 even though we paid for everything in full to the contractor. Sub-contractor said they did not get paid enough from the contractor, which is not our fault. We had to spend a few thousand dollars and hired a lawyer to remove the lien. We won the case and the court fee was charged to the sub-contractor. We wasted our time and we were stressed..... glad it's over. Worst experience ever!! Miller & Son did not help us at all.

The recessed lighting was installed without issues, although there are multiple pencil marks left on the walls and ceiling. The issue we ran into was poor communication about the walls and flooring. They almost installed flooring that we didn't even pick out (we hadn't even agreed on what flooring we wanted at that point) but luckily we caught it beforehand. The team seems to consist of a family of three and the workmanship seemed questionable. Ultimately, we had to terminate the contract as we were unhappy with the work and the miscommunication.
